This hotel is absolutely a hidden oasis! We enjoyed every moment of the stay in this hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The unit we stayed was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick and luggage service helped us to enjoy the time before our flight. What a great time we had in the hotel! Highly recommend this hotel.

This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. Another great stay at Audubon Cottages in New Orleans. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and loved every minute of it. A Delightful Hidden Little Gem

Just blocks from ultra-noisy and busy Bourbon street, this tiny little group of brick-lined cottages provides a quaint and quiet respite from the typical French Quarter hotels. With a room larger than most, a courtyard with a pool and plenty of extra amenities, this "hotel," all containing one room first floor "cottages" was a delightful alternative arrangement. We are happy we stayed.

Home away from home..

Absolutely not a hotel... so you lose the convenience of a hotel with no full time front desk. Keep that in mind for last minute bookings. However, this is the hands down best stay anywhere ever. Amazing location, comfortable suites, private & luxurious. I cannot recommend highly enough.

This was my second stay at Audubon Cottages and everything was on point. The Butler was extremely helpful and kind, even meeting us in the rain to transfer our luggage. Our room was clean and the housekeepers were so sweet. The bed was ultra comfy. Probably the best part of the hotel is that you feel as if you are in an oasis in the middle of the Quarter. Close enough to walk to everything and private behind the walls. This hotel is exceptional in every way and I cannot wait to return.

Sophisticated garden oasis

Delightfully restored cottage inside a garden, which is inside of another garden through a secret doorway from the street. Absolutely Beautiful setting with a bubbling fountain in the courtyard. Completely historic tall, narrow sets of double doors and windows with shutters opening onto a private courtyard beautifully furnished with antiques that hide all the modern conveniences. New bathroom - yay! Unfortunately, there is street noise from cars -not partygoers - in the afternoons and early evening. It was very quiet at night. Elegant and sophisticated one block off Bourbon - really!!

Best hotel experience ever!

If I could give Audubon Cottages 10 stars I would. My wife and I have visited New Orleans at least once a year for the last ten years or so and this is by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the cottages are beautiful and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff is the most hospitable and friendly group you could meet. As an example, the property manager Shawn was kind enough to take a forgotten souvenir to FedEx and ship it home for us. For him to go out of his way speaks volumes to the kind of service we received at Audubon Cottages. And a special note of recognition to Wilma who was everywhere and really took care of our daily needs. I honestly believe my wife and I have found the perfect place to stay the next time we travel to New Orleans.

This property was amazing! Anthony was super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we first arrived I was very surprised by the outside of the building. But once you enter the building you enter a beautiful oasis. Our cottage #1 was spacious and extremely comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s so worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.
