"Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man sollte nur berücksichtigen, dass der Aufzug nur bis in den 5. Stock fährt, das Hotel ist aber im 6., für uns war das kein Problem, aber für Rollstuhlfahrer, oder mit Kinderwagen wäre das natürlich problematisch. "

"The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"Conveniently located near the central train station. If you're a light sleeper then make sure you get a room on the 4th or 5rh floor, otherwise the train vibrations will keep you up all night. We were placed on the second floor but they were really nice and helped us change our room to the 5th floor on the second night."

"The toilet is too small. Bath plumbing fixture too old. And also easy to wet the floor when showering. The tub is risky for older people. It is slippery. Breakfast food not many choices."

"Great location if you are going to take the train to other locations, the train station is literally across the street. Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff. Edward was so nice and helpful he took my airplane pillow and got it clean for me. The breakfast was delicious and loved the harpist playing while you enjoy breakfast. The only thing I didn’t love was our room, they put us in a part of the hotel that was far away. The room looked like I was staying at 3 star hotel. The price we payed...

"When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere."
