"CitizenM is our new go to hotel. This is our second time staying but now in Boston. The staff was incredible. The hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location."

"The hotel was awesome. The room was clean, small very small but hey it's Boston. The bed was comfy. The room was quiet from hotel noise but could hear the street noise at times. That's okay we were in the city! The staff was friendly and i could always find someone working there whether I was looking for help or not. The onsite bar is fab- I love that there are two. This gave options with seats, views, vides and experiences"

"Great location! And really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and the drinks at the lobby bar. Room was comfortable. Only ding was the water pressure which was very weak."

"We just loved it here. It was a short distance from the main street which was perfect because it was quiet. It’s directly across the street from the beach. The weather was cold and rainy so we didn’t take advantage of it. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. And 2 chocolate and ice cream shops that are delicious. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Lisa was awesome. She recommended places to eat that were really good We will definitely be back"
