Hizmet kaliteli ve personel güler yüzlüydü. Otel yer ve mekan olarak merkeze yakın güzel bir yerde. Hizmet olarak odada ücretsiz olarak sunulan mevya tabağı, kettle ve çeşitli çaylar vardı. Kışın gitmeme ve Nevşehrin kışları -10 dereceleri görmesine rağmen oda sıcak ve temizdi. Hatta uçağımı kaçırdığım için otele bir gün geç gittim ve kalmadığım günün ücretini sorunsuz bir şekilde kredi kartına iade ettiler. Hotels.com yetkililerine ve Grand Öztürk Otel yetkililerine sağladıkları kolaylıktan, ilgilerinden ve yardımlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Eksi tarafı olarak yan veya alt odada kalan kişinin gece yarısına kadar telefon konuşmasından rahatsız oldum diyebilirim ayrıca çarşaflarda daha temiz olabilirdi diye düşünüyorum.
