For the price paid it was a comfortable stay with very friendly staff. The infrastructure of the building was poor and would not suit many. Breakfast was a good spread .

My stay at Art Stone Göreme Hotel in Cappadocia was truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to assist me at every step, including arranging a hot air balloon ride at a very affordable price-making my bucket-list experience both seamless and budget-friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free choices. I was also delighted to find that free Turkish tea was available throughout the day, adding a warm and welcoming touch to my visit. What impressed me most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Art Stone Göreme Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a true taste of Cappadocian hospitality.

The hostel is well situated, only a five minute walk to the bus station and all amenities. I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm which had 2 decent ensuite showers and toilets and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. Note that the hostel only takes cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

The most unique part of the experience is the warmth and attention you receive form the people who work or and own this property. I felt safe at all times and was taken care of at all times. If you are looking for a "high-end" hotel quality this one might be not your choice, but if you are looking for a traevler experience and beeing received like if it were by your relatives or friends - than it is definitely a right choice. Besides the location is very convenient and in general it is easy to get along in Göreme. Thanks again to Latif, Jay and the rest of the team. And of course thanks to the cute kitten at the reception :-)

The location was great; however, on the first night, I was bitten by bed bugs. My entire body was itching and swollen. I reported the issue to the staff and requested medicine, but they refused to assist me. Unable to stay in the same bed for another night, I decided to leave a day early. When I asked for a refund, my request was denied once again. It was a horrible experience, and I will never consider staying there again.

Great hostel, friendly stuff

Amazing hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. When my bag broke, the cleaning lady gave me thread and needle so that I could fix it. Broken toilet flush was fixed immediately on the same day. My bus to another city was leaving at night and I was allowed to leave my bag in the hostel and come to the common area to drink tee or coffee even after check out. The female dorm room had 6 beds, 2 toilets, 2 showers, and 2 mirrors, which was great. Breakfasts were very tasty, with unlimited tee and coffee. The location is amazing and the hostel has a rooftop from where you can see the balloons. Totally recommend!

There were minor defects in the room but for what you pay this is more than acceptable such as loose light switch, poor ventilation in the showeroom. This is made up for an more by the staff being amazing and the location is 3-5mins walk away from the town centre. If you go I'd be holding back on booking tours and do it through the hotel they had amazing savings and I wish we had have known this as we would have saved 100s epically the balloon ride. There is a craft man shop just round the corner on the walk into town with a large wooden horse outside definitely my favourite shop around the man is a gentleman with amazing stuff.

The manager Jay is nice and tries to help and the breakfast is super good. You will never left there hungry. Location is also very good, very close to the center and at a quiet spot. BUT The man they have at reception is super bipolar, one time he smiles and next time he treats you bad. I had booked a balloon flight with them and he gave me a high price (160€) so when I went to town and I saw that every agency was giving me a lower price (140€, 20€ less) I went back to the hotel and ask if he can talk to the balloon company to see if they would reduce the price and then he went from nice to ignore me and not talking to me and acting very pissed. It was a very uncomfortable situation for me. The lady that cleans is super rude, he goes into the dorms shouting and after seen that another guest and I were trying to sleep (we got at 4 for the balloon ride) she continued screaming and waking us up to ask about toilet or something and talking ti a girl she brought with her… The toilet smells sooo bad, I think they have a problem in their pipes but is really very bad and sometimes it spreads to all the dorm.

Vraiment parfait, prix très abordable, l'hostel est très joli, petit déjeuner copieux compris, le personnel est adorable ! Le lit était vraiment très confortable j'ai merveilleusement bien dormi et j'en garde de bons souvenirs tellement ! Plusieurs douches et toilettes dans le dortoir pour femmes ! Il y a aussi un rooftop Vraiment top je recommande absolument !!!

Çaresizlik desem yeridir ...

Otel resimlerde gözüktüğü gibi değil! odalar çok kötü, televizyon ekrani kırık çalışmıyor, elbise dolabi ayakta zor duruyor sallaniyor! Komidinler kırık, klima yok ama var yaziliyor , kağıt terlik yok , en ufak masa sehba hicbirsey yok, banyoda pencere yok , odada 1 tane küçük pencere var onuda açamiyorsunuz çünkü odaya kediler alışmış içeri kedi giriyor , oda havasiz ve sicaktan uyuyamıyorsunuz, oda 39 mtre kare denmiş ama 16-17 metre kare anca! Oda icerisinde kimildayacak yer yok! Temizlik hijyen çok kötü! Kahvalti vasat ... bu saydiklarimi hiç abartmiyorum hepsi gerçek!!!

스탭 친절도와 조식은 괴레메 어딜 내놔도 1등이라 생각함. 시설이 낡았지만 생활하기에 불편함 없음. 도미토리 신청했었던 내가 혼자임을 배려해서 프라이빗 룸에 배정해준게 아직도 고마움. 무뚝뚝해보이는 스탭도 말걸면 한없이 순둥순둥. 고마워요!
