The room and hotel were very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The young girl Beyza in reception in particular was extremely helpful. She arranged for the Green Tour that we took as well as transport to the airport. She let us have late check out on our last day. Her ability to speak and understand English was very good. The hotel was walkable from the main area of the town. The breakfast was a little different than we are used to but it was interesting and we found enough to eat. If you wanted you could listen to music at night. A great view of the balloons first thing in the morning. Unfortunately we had rain the last morning so no balloons. There were lots of restaurants available to eat at. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a gorgeous hotel close to the main center. My room was excellent with a balcony (with a little nook!) and jacuzzi. The views were stunning and room comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I would go back and recommend a stay here.

Great location. Included morning breakfast was average. But not a deal breaker considering there are so many other options in the area. Overall, would highly recommend this place. 5 mins walk to the Cappadocia viewpoint was another bonus.

We had an amazing stay in the magical atmosphere of Cappadocia! Castle Cave Hotel impressed us with its stunning views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with delightful local flavors. The rooms were spotless, and every detail was well thought out. Amazing hotel and fantastic staff

Hotel was fantastic - amazing views of the town and hot air balloons from the roof terrace and our room, staff were brilliant - incredibly attentive and helpful at all times, and hotel itself is a great mix between comfort and cave! I have no idea how this is only classed as a 3 star - it should be far higher!

Enjoyed the uniqueness of the stay.

Unique experience. Not a standard hotel. Homely vibe. Appreciated that. View from roof top is very good. The hotel might consider putting some luggage racks in the room. The bed room was too small to open two suitcases. We ended up putting one suitcase in the bathroom because the latter was very big - it would have been convenient we had luggage racks there. Luggage racks in the bedroom would be good too - opening and organising suitcases on the floor is not very convenient. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We loved the kitties.

A nice cave hotel, but...

Positives: 1. Beyza, from the staff, was wonderful. She gave us a warm welcome and gave us helpful tips to go around the town. 2. The room itself was great, a proper cave room with a balcony from where we could see the balloons each morning! 3. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to great restaurants, 5 mins to the bus station and 5 mins walk to the viewpoint of Goreme, which was our favourite thing to do. 4. Amazing rooftop, one of the highest in the city. Balloons were almost touching us! Things to improve: 1. Rest of the staff (the men) were not really helpful, quite snotty and cold. 2. The hotel helped us with a hot air balloon tour. We think we were misinformed that it was over Goreme and also it was not the best price of the day. 3. The bathroom is a bit worn out and can do with more maintenance. 4. At the rooftop, there was a server who behaved as if coming to the table twice to take an order was a big hassle for him. Because of this, when we refused to pay the service fee of 10%, we were denied that option.

Loved my stay here in such a unique property. Beyza who manages the front desk was amazing— so friendly, and helpful helping to get me booked on a few different tours the hotel offers which were all great. The rooftop bar is fantastic, great views of Göreme. Highly recommend this property, I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Service

The staff is very helpful. They are very friendly and go to the effort to be informative of events and attractions in the area. They were prompt to help send our laundry out for cleaning and set up camel rides, airport shuttle and area tours.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt

Das Hotel liegt schön Central, die Zimmer sind nostalgisch und gut ausgestattet. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, gibt es gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist war auch sehr freundlich, vor allen der netten Dame von Frühstück Buffet. Würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
