Jacqueline was very friendly and managed to get a conversation going with us, despite our poor French. Nice quiet location with free parking. Excellent continental breakfast included, with crepes and fresh fruit. Highly recommended.

Wonderful

We stopped at La Mansarde enroute to a tour of the war graves and memorials in France & Belgium. Our host Jacqueline was an absolute diamond, and what we both lacked in fluency in the native tongue of the other, was suitably accommodated via translation tools. La Mansarde is truly beautiful, very comfortable, within walking distance of fine restaurants and with the most brilliant host. I will stop in five other establishments across the duration of this trip, and nothing else will surpass La Mansarde.

We stayed at La Mansarde for one night, and we wish it could have been longer. Our hostess was excellent. Communication was superb, although we spoke different languages. She recommended a lovely restaurant nearby, and kindly made reservations for us. The room was impeccably clean, and the residence was tastefully decorated with lovely antiques and personal touches. It was easy to find (with GPS), and it was close to what we wanted to see in the area. The breakfast was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would highly recommend La Mansarde. One day, we hope to make it back!

Deze B&B uitgebaat door een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame dame verdient een 'zeer goed'. Elke morgen een lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. De kamers bevinden zich op de 2de verdieping en te bereiken met een houten trap; zeer net, mooi ingericht, rustig gelegen en parkeermogelijkheid voor de deur. Verbleven er 3 nachten.

Séjour idyllique....!

Que dire si ce n'est que tout était parfait... Propriétaire souriante, agréable et attentionnée.... Chambre on ne peux mieux, ou il y a vraiment tout ce que l'on a besoin.... Petit déjeuner copieux et varié... Bref, nous retenons cette adresse et tout le monde peut y aller les yeux fermés...!
