"The pool sits directly above the 8-Lane 118 highway, very high DB levels...not enjoyable. Towel quality...very low. Breakfast quality...very low. Barely warm scrambled egg omelets; thinly sliced hot-dog looking "meat", warm tasty potatoes, no bananas, no yogurt. Our wine seemed off, as there were no glasses of any shape, only paper cups available."

"My son and I were in LA for the Shepherds Conference at Grace Community Church. Our stay at Santa Clarita Motel was just what we needed. Very clean, good condition, electronics up to date, Fridge and Microwave and good shower!! It seemed like there was enough parking while we were there. They said no vacancy, so I assume there was parking for all. The trip to Roscoe Blvd was easy and traffic was not bad even at 7:45am. The train goes buy occasionally at night but other than a minute of that, the motel was quiet at night for uninterrupted sleeping."

"This was my first and last experience with Expedia. I cant say i have ever been more disappointed with a transaction or a company as a whole. Where should I begin? No Front Desk staff, when i arrived I was told to call someone to check in. I felt like I was a baited and switched. They call it "Brimmfield Stay" but it was just somones home they attempted to convert to a hotel with "rooms". While i entered the home this asian lady that spoke very little english said to call the number to check in. I called after several tries and once i did call a man told me to check my email for a confirmation which I never received, i even double checked my junk and spam folder to no avail. He then requested i said a photo of my identification which i sent and after 20 minutes +never heard a response from him despite checking in at the designated timeframe. I was exhausted at this point but while inside this home a domestic dispute was occuring and a male and female were assaulting each other. I wanted to call the police but I decided to just leave before I personally was in harms way. I texted the Brimmfield Stay number to let them know i cancel because of everything leading up to that point. I called Expedia letting them know that I never was able to check in and of the assault in progress and they told me there was nothing i could do. I let them know that i had purchased insurance which would allow me to cancel the reservation at no charge which they did not oblige. "
