"The big selling point of the hotel is the pool and the hotel location, the biggest problem with the hotel is the lack of good well trained staff especially in the breakfast room, its a free for all, couldn't believe it, few teenagers doing their best with no one to point them in the right direction. "We had a very enjoyable stay in a stylish and comfortable room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the decor. The spa was a highlight and we cannot wait to visit again! "Beautiful setting on the coastline. The twin room was spacious however with only a small window, it definitely needed a centre light/more lighting. Bathroom was a good size, however, access to the in-bath shower was awkward. Given there was a wedding on, the room was quiet and cosy. A full length mirror is a requirement in any hotel room. Beds very comfy."

" The back of the building where it said was the Welcome Center. The center was not open, and we were told had not been open since Covid. The back door was left open and we saw RATS running under the tables into the corner. I slammed the door shut."

"Great check in experience. We rode in on a motorcycle and he opened his courtyard as off street parking for us. It was easy to find and central to the historic sites of Derry. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast ladies made us feel very welcomed and prepared a delicious custom morning meal. Great experience! Highly recommend staying here. We would come back again."
