"El personal es muy amable y atento, sobre todo los chicos del bar. Los alrededores los están reparando lo cual complica el acceso al hotel, no tiene estacionamiento, hay uno enfrente y puedes aplicar un descuento que te da el hotel. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el sofá cama estaba terrible."

"The hotel is away from the city centre, but its a 5 - 10 min walk to a coffee shop, subway & a convenience store. It's also opposite the Titanic museum."

"I would highly recommend stopping here. The staff were warm and welcoming -everyday! The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was great. My room faced the road, so was a bit noisy, but it soon died down later at night."

"Rooms are nice and clean however, a few gripes-ordered room service breakfast it arrived as was getting in the lift to check out! The coffee was literally water it wasn’t great! The rest of it was nice enough! Also lifts are a nightmare only one actually working this morning and crammed in like sardines and it stopped on every other floor. Also had to call down to reception for a pen to order as non in the room and no water on the first night but got some on the second. Good location though and...

"Loved staying at the Ramada Belfast. It is just about in the perfect place. Good carparking over the road, 3 minutes from the bars in the cathedral quarter and on the main routes in and out of the city. Rooms were spacious and warm. We stayed on the 5th floor and had little noise. "

"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. "From the moment we entered the hotel there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the entrance area which felt like it was being masked with air freshener rather than properly resolved. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, on closer inspection the cleaning felt fairly superficial. There was visible dust around the toilet door frame and the sink was stained. There was also a constant noise issue from two drain covers on the road outside the hotel. Every time a car drove over them...
