Terrific Complex, first visited in 1991 - wow! Re-visit September 2025. Great design with nobody overlooking our Balcony, two Pools - try the Home Made Pies in the Cave Restaurant. Great Staff, Oscar, Fernando, Jesus & Jose Luis - loved it.

The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures. We had plenty of light and the patio was gorgeous, with a 6 person table and 2 sunbeds on the private lawn. Fernando in the main office was particularly helpful. Very highly recommended.

The good The staff at reception are great. The property was tidy and clean and had washing machine and kitchen, with a fridge and microwave, cooker and hobs, plus all the things needed to cook and serve meals. Balcony with table and chairs was great. Views from the property i stayed in was great, could see the sea and the mountains. The pool by reception is nice, with a pool bar that serve food and drink. Room for improvement No smoking or vaping at all in any of the communal areas, including anywhere in the pool area or pool bar. While some staff are relaxed about this when no others are present, others are not flexible or relaxed. No safes in the apartments, while a safe is available for use at reception, reception is not always open, which makes using this facility unideal, yet still available if essential. Some pool bar staff lack a little in customer service and communication skills, even though English is their primary language. Others however were very welcoming and engaging. Things to consider The walk to Burriana beach is quick and painless, while the walk back is steep and not something many will want to do more than once. The walk to Nerja town centre takes about 25 minutes, which is a nice walk, but for some, do consider transport, whether that by the bus or taxi, or even hiring a vehicle. There were works ongoing during my stay, starting by 9am weekdays. Overall great experience, will be staying here again, great price and quality of stay.

Very spacious apartment, fantastic large balcony with sea view. Was basic inside but well equipped and all appliances worked. The onsite facilities and gardens are well maintained, the reception staff were helpful and very approachable. Location was great for us, about a 25-minute walk down into Nerja, easy access to the river Chillar and surrounding mountains. We would love to return to this area and apartment.

Very comfortable and excellent value

The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and was very clean when we arrived. The only negative aspect was the lack of an oven for cooking, there was just a hob and microwave. The location and other amienities were ideal and i would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to friends and family and would readily book it again for myself.

We don't seem to be have been put in any of the apartments anyone else has reviewed, 20 minute walk up a steel hill from reception, very old and dated apartment with half of the locks to the property not working. It says 20 minutes to beach which if you stayed around reception would be about right but we had another 20 minutes on top of that. Outdoor furniture for the apartment was filthy, had to wash towels after each use, Very disappointed all round

Capistrano village

Having stayed with friends on capistrano several years ago, we decided to stay here. The one bedroomed studio was very basic. Only an electric hob to cook on! Oh and a microwave, 3 frying pans and no pots to boil an egg in! Had a problem on the 2nd day with electric hob, which was sorted after about an hour. The maintenance man pulled out the washing machine to check plug/socket, and to say don't think it'd had seen a mop in months!! Went to the local bar for happy hour, only to get charged 50cents for a shot of lime in my beer, was a liberty! Would probably not stay there again, but that's my opinion.

Yhteydenpito etukäteen sähköpostitse oli oikein sujuvaa ja ystävällistä. Huoneisto oli siisteydeltään ihan hyvä. Mutta ensimmäisenä päivänä tapasimme keittiössä yhden suuren torakan ja kylpyammeessa kaksi pientä. Tämän jälkeen huomasimme että pyykkikoneen ja jääkaapin alukset olivat aika likaisia. Kaapissa oli torakka/hyönteismyrkkyä, jota emme kuitenkaan halunneet käyttää. Näkemämme torakat saimme tapettua muutenkin. Pidimme siis tulpat lavuaareissa ja tavarat repuissa. Kotona sitten varotoimenpiteet, jotta mahdolliset mukaan lähteneet torakat tai niiden munat eivät muuta kotiimme. Päättelimme että ehkä niitä vain asuu viemäreissä tms. Alue oli kuitenkin oikein mukava ja rauhallinen ja esim. keittiön varustus melko ok.

Wir hatten das Glück 9 Tage in dieser Unterkunft zu verbringen und waren positiv überrascht, wie schön dieser Ort ist! Wir hatten ein schönes Apartment mit einer riesigen Terrasse die eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Pool und das Meer hatte. Das Personal dort war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurden sogar die Koffer zur Unterkunft um die Ecke gefahren und den Check-out durften wir etwas herauszögern, da unser Rückflug erst abends war. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und es gibt insgesamt 5 Pools die man nutzen kann, was besonders mit kleinen Kindern super ist. Obwohl unser Apartment direkt am Pool war, war es abends sehr ruhig. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe einen Bus der einen in die Stadt Nerja oder an den Strand fährt, sowie 2 große Supermärkte um die Ecke. Das Apartment hatte eine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten keinen Mietwagen und haben auch mit kleinen Kindern alles gut erlaufen können. Wenn man die Umgebung mehr erkunden möchte ist ein Mietwagen aber ggf. hilfreich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Nerja dank dieser tollen Unterkunft. Ich kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen und würde wieder hinfahren.

Einfach perfekt

An dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Stadtbus startet von der Haustûre. Die Wohnung ist sauber geräumig ruhig und perfekt eingerichtet. Restaurants gibt es gute in der Nähe. Der Pool ist auch sehr. Einfach sehr schön alles.
