Top Neral Hotel Reviews

Vivanta Navi Mumbai Turbhe

10/10 Excellent

"Consistently outstanding: Himanshu at the Vivanta front desk I've been staying at Vivanta regularly for a while now, and my weekly interactions with Himanshu at the front desk are one of the reasons I keep coming back. Anyone can give great service once. What impresses me about Himanshu is that he does it every single time. Week after week, he greets me warmly, remembers my preferences, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right, often before I've had to ask. Check-ins are smooth, requests are handled quickly, and he always follows up to make sure I'm comfortable. For someone who travels often, that kind of reliability and genuine care makes a hotel feel like a second home. He's professional, patient, and always cheerful, and he makes the whole experience feel personal. Thank you, Himanshu, for consistently going above and beyond. Vivanta is lucky to have you, and I hope management recognizes what an asset you are."
