"Ci è piaciuto tutto: dell'accoglienza (Receptionist gentilissima, che ha anche anticipato di 2,5 ore il check-in), alla camera (pulita, confortevole e funzionale), al servizio navetta gratuito per la fermata Metro. Speciale menzione per la prima colazione: assolutamente eccellente, prodotti freschi e grande varietà di scelta. Torneremo sicuramente."

"Beautiful hotel in convenient location! Very friendly staff that help with food, activity recommendations as well as any traveler needs within the hotel. Everything is updated, sparkling and rooms are quiet! Impressive breakfast buffet with kind, helpful staff bringing beautifully prepared cappuccino. I definitely recommend staying here!!"

"We had an awesome stay at nhow. Our room was newly and tastefully renowated, and very clean. Amenities were top notch. Bed was huge and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so yummy with lots of local Italian good! Location is good too. Walking distance from many attractions."

"Nice hotel clean and comfort , Near subway and have a supermarket near hotel."

"Clean and spacious room with high ceilings in a family friendly neighborhood. Short walk to transportation and stores. Loved out stay!"

"THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HOTEL IN ITALY. THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF, THE SPACIOUSNESS &CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOMS AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS HOTEL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. THEY MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND SECURE. EMMANUEL AT THE FRONT DESK IS A GEM!! THEY EVEN SURPRISE ME WITH A BOTTLE OF WINE FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I WILL ONLY STAY HERE UPON MY RETURN. I LOVE YOU ALL AND I THANK YOU SO MUCH❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Perfect spot to explore Rome. Spacious rooms for a downtown European city. Nice breakfast. Short walk to the Tiber River. Fifteen minutes from the Vatican. Numerous restaurant options nearby. The bar and front desk staff were very helpful. We stayed there twice and were recognized by staff on our return. Would stay there again."

"Super Lage, kleine aber ausreichende Zimmer (wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist), ausreichendes Frühstück. Personal hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage vorhanden aber irre laut (glücklicherweise im Herbst nicht nötig, so dass wir sie einfach ausgestellt haben). Sehr kleiner und langsamer Fahrstuhl…"

"Hotel's location is excellent, just outside the walls for a short walk to Piazza del Popolo, and then onwards to all the museums and attractions of Rome. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, very safe and accessible. Staff were very welcoming and kind. The only thing that let it down for us was the breakfast. A bit more variety, especially for children, and fresher produce would help make it an excellent stay for us."

"The location was terrific; however, the room itself was disappointing. The beds were the worst I have ever slept on, literally hard as a rock with an uncomfortable hump in the mattress. The shower had visible mold, and the showerhead would not stay in place, causing the bathroom floor to get soaked during every shower. Additionally, it took a full day for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature."

"Good location and very friendly staff. Food heater for breakfast had not been plugged in therefore breakfast was cold, our room was located right behind the front desk and was incredibly noisy, even with windows shut we could hear everything happening outside and sleep was difficult. Room looked nicer in the pictures"

"Excellent hotel and location"
