"I have a love hate for this hotel. The property is absolutely gorgeous but the problem I run into is the downstairs kitchen. The cooks down there can not even cook an egg properly. Everyday I have to send food back because it is raw, overcooked, or the wrong food. The Cassava restaurant is very very nice and they will cater to whatever you desire with a good selection of fresh caught food. But the downstairs restaurant is consistently mismanaged. One day i was eating a salad and it had a rock in it. I almost broke my tooth. One day I had to send my eggs back three times. This has been an ongoing problem since the last time I visited. I recommend visiting this hotel but avoid the buffet restaurant at all cost if possible."

"The front desk staff when I checked in took 700 rupees from me as he said I didn't mention 4 people but only 3. But I booked 2 rooms and both rooms where the same amount, the room with 2 person was the same as the room with 1 person. I would have been okay if he gave me a receipt for the extra 700 he took from me, but now what I am thinking is that he took that money for himself. And that's why he didn't give me a receipt for the extra money he paid. The staff in the morning was so respectful and professional. He helped us checkout and even provided us with water for our long journey of the day. But the first receptionist was a bit unprofessional. Otherwise the hotel was ok to stay."
