"I have had no issues with booking an apartment until now. The pictures are deceiving, a lot was damaged, sheets were stained and showers were blocked/overflowing. They moved me to another spot a week before my trip which was an extra 6.5km away from all the historical sites due to plumbing issues and ended up with a place with plumbing issues. Once I brought up the issues, I was ghosted. Will not be booking with them again. "

The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children. When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. "We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. ...

Overall it was a great stay and an amazing way to relax and have options for food, pools, or being in the Mediterranean!"

"The Hotel is a very short walk to their private beach, which is why we choose this hotel. The beach had many umbrellas and lounges to choose from, so it was never an issue to get one (although you can reserve). The beach has food service, drinks, and showers, changing rooms, and WCs. Always clean. The rooms were clean with a balcony. Housekeeping was excellent as was the breakfast buffet (top notch food). "This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. Good breakfast."
