"When we opened the door to our suite (#3) my first thought was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures. Michael our host was beyond words. We rented a car through him and he set up a wine tour for us at Saint Anna’s Winery. Definitely a must! At breakfast our last day we met his mother who I just wanted to hug. We found the people of Naxos to be the gem of the island."

"Very good location for the city and the amenities around. The room was small but good for two people. The host was great. The only issue is the cleaning of the bathroom. Since arriving the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly and the bathroom was not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. A bit more care in this respect would had made our stay perfect."

"Appartement très sympa et bien situé prêt du port, commodités proches, Naxos est une très belle île pour la randonnée et les plages. Nous sommes juste un peu déçu par la taille de la douche. Nous étions 2 couples. Autrement tout était parfait accueil très sympa. On reviendra. "

"This property is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 12 minutes from restaurants and supermarket. We hired a car so it was easy to get around. If you want 4l5 star luxury this in not it. If you want an affordable accommodation that can easy sleep 4-5, the garden appartment ticked the box.The staff were excellent. Mitsena and Demiti were always on hand - nothing was too much of a problem for them and they made us feel special. Would come back again."

"430 euros per night but nothing in return. Terrible cleaning service in fact no cleaning at all. All surfaces were dirty every time we returned to the room, hair and sand on the floor, no mopping, no products. We had to ask for coffee, shampoo, sugar, creamer everyday which are basic, no hair conditioner either. They gave us quarter amount of paper rolls every day and we had to kept going to the reception for more because we were always in need of something. How disgraceful to be so cheap with...

"Stathis was great and upgraded my beautiful traditionally Greek room. It was a serendipitous stay and it was very tranquil. Stathis was an admirable host who knows how to create the air of ambience in a tranquil setting. He was extremely helpful, an amazing location too! "

En cuanto a ubicacion: la distancia a Fira a 15 mins a pie.....en 4 mins en bus local en la parada oficial cercana al establecimiento.. "Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à Theasis : l’accueil fut irréprochable (arrivée au port, transfert arrivée et départ), le propriétaire est au petit soin et vous explique tout en détail. La chambre est spacieuse, literie plus que confortable, salle de bain avec douche digne d’un 3-4 étoiles en France, propreté irréprochable avec ménage. La vue est époustouflante et l’hôtel a 2 minutes à pied de la Chora, avec un calme absolu. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Haut de gamme de l’hôtellerie. J’y...

"This place was amazing. The hosts are perhaps the nicest peopel I’ve met on my 5 week trip to Greece. If you want to escape the hustle of the port towns and enjoy the serenity of the mountains , this is the place. Only 17 min from town and 20 min from the longest sand beaches I’ve ever seen in Greece. Place is like new, well appointed ans surreal. Would def stay again next time I am in Naxos. "

"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. "We had booked a sister hotel, but the directions provided where incorrect. Locals guided us to the sister hotel, and staff where good enough to make some changes and accomodate us in the sister hotel as it was much closer to where we thought we had booked. It all worked out in the long run and the hotel was great."
