โรงแรมและที่พักในเนเจอรัลบริดจ์

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. We had dinner in the Colonial Dining Room and the service and the food was very good. This is a Historic Hotel, and, therefore, we naturally anticipated the "dated" structure and accoutrements. That is part of the charm in staying in a historical setting. The hotel did disappoint in that regard. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. The toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was black mold on the caulking on...

"Parking close to room, affordable price"

"The hotel was useful for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very willing to work out our accommodations."

"Wonderful stay. Beautiful property"

"Very nice"

"The smell in the room was disgusting, sheets and mattress were old. I would never stay there again. The woman at front desk was nice though."

"Great made to order breakfast. Lovely large room with poster bed"

"Weak breakfast"

"Room smelled like something died. Appeared clean and the workers were very nice. Breakfast was delicious."

"There was extremely limited water pressure in the shower at peak times. So low it would just dribble out and I had to wait to finish showering."

"I was traveling with my daughter and was in need of accommodations close to W&L. This charming motel was exactly what we needed, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we did not get a chance to explore all that was offered. The motel staff was very helpful given our late arrival due to flight complications. I required assistance getting to the airport and found the front desk staff very helpful in facilitating a car service last minute."

"Overall good experience."

"Read the bad reviews and believe them. I decided to ignore the bad and focus on the good reviews however, this property charges a premium price for unsanitary rooms. We waited a very long time to be seated for an unpleasant dinner with no access to any bar or waiting area due to it being closed to come back to a room with drawers full of mouse poop. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place."

"We loved the stay"

"The room was clean, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The walls must be paper thin, because we could hear people and conversations/music in neighboring rooms. Breakfast sucked!! The only protein was snack size yogurt. There were no eggs or any meat protein. The coffee was marginal. The morning staff person at the front desk was very unfriendly."

"The room was fine for what it is—a convenient stay for a couple of nights with no expectation of anything fancy. The hairdryer didn’t work great and, awkwardly, the fridge, microwave, sink, toilet, and tub are all in the bathroom making it a challenge to do anything while it is in use for bathroom activity. There was no soft lighting. There were a few stinkbugs in the room but they kept to themselves. It was affordable, easy to get to, close to town, clean, and a quick walk from coffee and fast...
