"This is undoubtedly one of the best value hotels in DC! The location is great, just two blocks from the Metro, and the staff were outstanding. Lisa at the front desk was on her way out of the hotel after her shift when I came to the front desk and asked if there was anyone who could sew a button back on my dress coat as I was heading out to dinner with important contacts when the button came off. Small thing, but it looked awful! Lisa found thread and a sewing kit and fixed it in just ten minutes! Rather than pass the buck, and even though her shift was over, she took care of me and made everything perfect for my big event. I can't thank her enough!"

"It was extremely confusing. There were no clear instructions on where to park or where to obtain the keys. I also spent a significant amount of time trying to determine whether I was in the correct apartment. When I arrived, there was an extra set of keys and an envelope left on the counter, but it was not addressed to me, which added to the confusion. However, the apartment was very clean, organized and smelled great! Bed was comfortable and cozy. "
