"This is an immaculate well staffed hotel that is of the highest quality. From the architectural renovation of the old medical building to the comfort of the beds and the calm park setting. The concierge service was highly informative and showed us the gems of the city. We had the best time at this property. These people love this place … and there is a stunning Picasso in the bar (44/50 print)."

"It was very Beautiful."

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"Expedia messed up my vacation badly It was my first time to punta Cana and I didn’t know nothing about DR My resort is in punta Cana they booked a flight for us to Santa Domingo it and I had to take a taxi to Punta Cana which is a 4 hours ride so it took away almost 2 days out of my trip. It was a very, very bad experience with Expedia."

"Very tiny room but in a nice position. They could have more hangers/shelves to make it more practical to put clothes"

"Unique, cozy hotel in a great location for walking to the major tourist locations and museums. We really enjoyed our stay . Breakfast was delicious and it was fun be able to have a drink at the bar downstairs in the evening. The cocktail menu was very creative and fun."

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. Our room and the property were very clean and staff were very helpful the many times we had questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of selections to choose from. The hotel is very close to some shops, restaurants and public transportation."

"Very clean. Great staff"

"Check-in and check out is a really painful process, but other than that, it’s all very good"

"Rooms are compact, I was only able to open 1 full size luggage at a time, just keep that in mind for future stays. Close to train station, coffee shops, café, Red Light District, everything is walkable. Bed was good, staff is friendly."

"A+++"

"It was fine .. small rooms and bathroom"

"The housekeeping in our room was not acceptable. The bed was made and clean towels, that’s all. Housekeeping left dirty glasses, coffee cups and spoons. Coffee stains left on the countertop and no pods for morning coffee."

"Everything was amazing. Will stay again"
