Best Western Plus Hotel Montreal

"Location of this hotel was excellent; walked to most places like Old Montreal and almos every restaurant we wanted to eat at. During FIFA and Jazz Festival, this area was very much happening and free concerts were abou 3 blocks away. Despite the activity, no noise inside the rooms. Staff were excellent and went the extra mile from valet parking to check in and so grateful for them storing my cold packs in the freezer (needed to keep cheese and smoked meat cool on the drive home!). Our room was a little bit on the small side with an inside position (no window view) but it was fine for our purpose of a clean, comfortable bed after very long days out and about. We can't wait to return and stay here again."

"If you come expecting a reasonably good college dormitory, you will be happy here. The breakfast is a definite standout, and the fitness facility is also much more elaborate than most accommodation options. The bed was comfortable and the room reasonably quiet. The staff were pleasant. Location is walkable to plenty of points of interest. Access in, out and around the facility depends on keycard. There are details that could make it better. For example, although there was a nightstand, there was no light there. The gym would have been a lot more appealing if there had been wipes for the equipment, or towels. There were dispensers for wipes, but it looked like a while since anything had been in them."

"This hotel was nice! I booked a standard queen room, luckily I was on a higher floor. The hotel is located in the city center so it made everything convenient by means of walking. The staff was pleasant and the check-in and checkout process was smooth. Now about the room itself, it was a standard queen room decent size with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable however, the bed needed some extra cleaning and repairs. The bed frame is cloth and over time wear and tear I’m sure got to it. Objectively speaking as someone that works in the hotel industry there are definitely some PM’s that could be done small things I notice as someone with the hotel experience eye but overall I can say it’s a room with a comfortable bed and just that A BED! My expectations weren’t super high but not low either, I can’t expect much from a standard queen room that I am using solely to sleep. So for that this hotel is a solid in my book! The location alone bumps everything for me to a 8/ 10."

"Location great; parking below made going and coming hassle-free. Rooms are in excellent condition including safe and refrigerator. Would have liked a desk incorporated in the furniture. Bathroom w/ walk-in shower is appreciated. We had a view toward Old Montreal and River front making it extra special."
