"The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was the coffee maker didn't have coffee pods available. Fortunately there was a fabulous coffee shop a couple of doors down. I definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. When I return, I will stay here again Thank you for making my stay in Korea comfortable and pleasant"

"Great place to stay, ive stayed here 3 times already and ive never had any issues with this place. It could definitely need a upgrade with some of the equipment in the apartment such as the radio box and prob the TV's but besides that its a nice place. Most convenient place because your near line 2 (Green Line) and line 9 (Brown Line)."

"Overall a nice hotel in a good location for access to restaurants. But two rhings.. Buffet breakfast was really good, but pricey compared to breakfasts we had at other hotels in Seoul. And be careful when walking into the bathroom of your room. There's a big step that you might not notice when going to the bathroom at night with no shoes on. I smashed my toe. "

"We had the 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious and included everything we needed. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, a filtered water system, and tons of other amenities. The location is in the business district, we took taxis to everywhere (approximately $10-20 each time). The breakfast buffet at the hotel is amazing! It is easy to communicate with the staff as well. We loved the property and would stay again!"
