"Everything was perfect until morning breakfast. We had 3 rooms but turned away because we weren't listed on "their" breakfast list. Motel like this with room prices in $$$ shouldn't have "Breakfast List" to begin with. Come to USA even 2 star motels have free breakfast. I have been in lodging hospitality for 17 years and I have never seen 4 star hotel with "Breakfast" as paid amenities except for Hilton hotel group. We arrived late to even see whole hotel but still we paid full price as guests who checked in in afternoon. I usually don't write unless I see something to be corrected if a hotel needs to step towrd 5 star ratings in hotel industry. Thank you for memorable experience and what indian hotel industry needs to be corrected. "

"There is no room service available, and there is also no telephone in the room to contact staff if help is needed. Although the room is advertised as having a “desert view,” there is actually no view at all. The property is located on a very narrow lane where even cars have difficulty accessing the area. The room is extremely small, especially the Shreya and Ira room type. It only fits the bed, with barely any space to move around. I had to request an upgrade and paid an additional ₹4,000 for it. "
