There is no room service available, and there is also no telephone in the room to contact staff if help is needed. Although the room is advertised as having a “desert view,” there is actually no view at all. The property is located on a very narrow lane where even cars have difficulty accessing the area. The room is extremely small, especially the Shreya and Ira room type. It only fits the bed, with barely any space to move around. I had to request an upgrade and paid an additional ₹4,000 for it.

The secret that must not be kept!

The hotel was lovely with Charming and unique style. Clean and comfortable rooms.The owners kindly explained the city to explore. We felt welcome and like at home. Breakfast was remarkably good too!

It's a decent hotel with royal interiors, this hotel is very close to city and you can enjoy the fort view from its roof top restaurant. he ambience, location, cleanliness, welcome attitude, room, service professionalism is per excellent. It's recommended to be here while at Jaisalmer.

They made Our Holiday the best it could possibly have been, The smiles of the team, the warmth of their greetings, the atmosphere in the hotel, the impeccable cleanliness... and not to forget the amazing breakfast with my favorite cheese and mind-blowing local honey... something really to die for. I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooftop is beautiful and you can spend as much time there as you want to look at the city and its beauty. Their staff were friendly and helpful with everything. They shared useful information about the city and also arranged the desert safari for us. Very good value for money and i will surely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Very nice little hotel. A real gem! Owner was very helpful arranging overnight stay in the desert and provided cool room and shower the morning after. The team at the trip was also very helpful given a thunderstorm and rain that night.

Such a nice hotel and the owner Naru is a legend ! He made us feel so at home right from the off and was happy to help with anything we needed ! Don’t book the camel safari in advance as he will help you book one that is private and amazing value ! The beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms lovely and the terrace to watch the sunset from and eat breakfast was awesome. Honestly can’t fault it ! We’ll be back !!

The secret house is in a great location, quiet and away from the bustle of the market. A 10/15 min walk to the fort. Breakfasts and dinners provided by the the staff were very nice. Customer service was excellent I cant recommend the Secret house enough for a relaxed, clean and quiet time.

L’hotel è gestito da un indiano che ha sposato una spagnola e il suo gusto nell’’arredamento si vede in tutto l’hotel, veramente molto carino mantenendo fede allo stile indiano. Abbiamo anche cenato sulla terrazza dell’hotel con vista del forte prendendo un pollo al limone non piccante perfetto dopo tanti giorni di cucina speziata. Anche la pulizia è ai livelli europei, una rarità in India. Unica pecca la stradina per arrivarci ma siamo in India e le strade sono queste.
