The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were firm, but comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to Nasushiobara Station, and the bus stops near the West Exit.

I had trouble sleeping with the extra firm pillows and mattress. Breakfast and staff were good. Close to the local train station, restaurants, and convenience stores,. Self serve washers and dryers were helpful since I had long stays.

私はマイカーでの、利用でしたが 近隣の駐車場は有料ながらも 安価で、かつ地域の倫理感の高さが判る 管理体制で驚きました。 難を言えば、駅周辺の 飲食店が少ない・閉店時間が早い点ですか。

2部屋取って泊まりました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトを機械で行うのは今やどのホテルでも当然のことのように行われていますが、それを促すスタッフの言い方があまりにも素っ気なく「お客さま思い」というものは全く感じられませんでした。 お部屋についてですが、片方の部屋はトイレが臭い上に、シャワーカーテンも生乾き臭く不快でした。 また、もう片方の部屋はシャンプーをして抜けた髪が排水溝に流れた後（そんなに大量の髪の毛ではありません）、お湯が排水されにくくなってバスタブに溜まってしまい、お湯がたまったバスタブでシャワーを浴びなければならない状態になり、気持ちいいものではありませんでした。シャワーは微妙な温度調節がしにくく、ちょうどいい具合にするのが大変でした。 朝食についても、9時までということでしたので、8時過ぎくらいに行ったのですが、ほとんど残っていない状態で途方に暮れてしまいました。残念ながら「地域ならではの朝食」というものは感じられませんでした。ムダを出したくないのはわかるのですが、宿泊客にとってはホテルでの朝食も楽しみのひとつであることを心にとめて、サービスしていただければと思います。 最後に「元気いっぱいにホテルを出発してほしい」という思いも感じることができなかったことをお伝えしておきます。

ゴルフで伺いました。 館内はとてもシンプルで清潔でした。 残念なのは駐車場が管内には何台かしか止められず、5、6分離れたところに駐車しなければならないのが面倒です。暑い夏、寒い冬はキツイかな?と思いました。
