The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were firm, but comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to Nasushiobara Station, and the bus stops near the West Exit.

I had trouble sleeping with the extra firm pillows and mattress. Breakfast and staff were good. Close to the local train station, restaurants, and convenience stores,. Self serve washers and dryers were helpful since I had long stays.

駐車場が満車で案内された場所も満車でした。電話で聞いてもこちらとしてはまったく土地勘がないのによくわからない対応で駐車場だけは電話で予約とのこと。どこにそんなこと書いてあったのか…。 他のホテルでも駐車場がわからないときありましたが出てきて案内してくれたりしたので1人ならしょうがないけど入ったら複数スタッフさんいたのでその点、電話対応も含めて残念でした。

新幹線ホームとほぼ同じ高さの7階に宿泊したため、那須塩原駅の新幹線の騒音が結構室内に響きましたが、なんとか眠れました。室内は清潔で快適でした。那須塩原駅から徒歩数分なので便利。

館内も部屋もとても綺麗で快適でした。 ランドリーも清潔感がありました。客室のお風呂にレインシャワーがあり朝シャワーを浴び、気持ち良かったです。夜はあかつきの湯へ行ったため有料でタオルを追加しました。 ホテルの駐車場は1000円との事でしたが予約していなかったため満車でした。民間の駅前駐車場12時間600円を利用しました。結果的には金額的に良かったです。ウェルカムコーヒーマシーンもありいつでもドリンクを頂けます。朝食もサクッと済ませることができ良かったです。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

私はマイカーでの、利用でしたが 近隣の駐車場は有料ながらも 安価で、かつ地域の倫理感の高さが判る 管理体制で驚きました。 難を言えば、駅周辺の 飲食店が少ない・閉店時間が早い点ですか。

2部屋取って泊まりました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトを機械で行うのは今やどのホテルでも当然のことのように行われていますが、それを促すスタッフの言い方があまりにも素っ気なく「お客さま思い」というものは全く感じられませんでした。 お部屋についてですが、片方の部屋はトイレが臭い上に、シャワーカーテンも生乾き臭く不快でした。 また、もう片方の部屋はシャンプーをして抜けた髪が排水溝に流れた後（そんなに大量の髪の毛ではありません）、お湯が排水されにくくなってバスタブに溜まってしまい、お湯がたまったバスタブでシャワーを浴びなければならない状態になり、気持ちいいものではありませんでした。シャワーは微妙な温度調節がしにくく、ちょうどいい具合にするのが大変でした。 朝食についても、9時までということでしたので、8時過ぎくらいに行ったのですが、ほとんど残っていない状態で途方に暮れてしまいました。残念ながら「地域ならではの朝食」というものは感じられませんでした。ムダを出したくないのはわかるのですが、宿泊客にとってはホテルでの朝食も楽しみのひとつであることを心にとめて、サービスしていただければと思います。 最後に「元気いっぱいにホテルを出発してほしい」という思いも感じることができなかったことをお伝えしておきます。

ゴルフで伺いました。 館内はとてもシンプルで清潔でした。 残念なのは駐車場が管内には何台かしか止められず、5、6分離れたところに駐車しなければならないのが面倒です。暑い夏、寒い冬はキツイかな?と思いました。
