My family stayed for a week spread over three units. The folks in the office were extremely helpful... giving advice for food, helping us set up a boat rental, etc. There was live music often at Viola's.

--Good restaurant on site. --Nice villas, Beautiful and very clean pools. --private beach access with gate/code. --On the beach you can get rides for Jet ski ride, parasailing, banana boat and snorkeling. --Laundry on site. --Security around to help us if we anything needed after hours.

I liked that my villa was directly in front of the pool, that the villa had a fenced courtyard. Access to the beach and the secondary pool was easy. The on site dinning option was fantastic. Everyone was friendly!

The grounds were clean and pool area was beautiful. The staff was contradicting each other on what amenities were available.The service was lacking and it seemed random people were walking around (possibly working women) making safety a concern. Not all staff was identifiable and rude. We left after two days of our five day reservation to find an alternate hotel due to an aggressive maintenance man who had been drinking. Will never stay here again, and will not advise anyone else to unless you have a black belt and feel comfortable utilizing your skills if needed.

I stayed at Sunrise Beach Club and Villas with my 2 teenage (16-17) children late February 2020, it was a great week vacation, the villa staff, beach service and pool accommodations were excellent. (note: beach service closes 3:30pm... which was a little early for me, but was ok, i adjusted in a day) the restaurant food/value and service was excellent. breakfast, lunch, dinner were moderately priced (as compared to my experience with other hotels), so i had no problem letting my family eat all our meals at Viola's restaurant (even though we bought some snacks and sandwiches to our villa and had couple nights dinner off sight... at Atlantis or others). the rooms were clean and as expected. Sunrise is 2 properties away from Atlantis, a fraction of the price, and every bit as pleasant, and its nice to get away from the crazy of Atlantis, but be close enough to walk over in 2 minutes if you want. Overall, it was a great vacation, a great value, and I would definitely go back again or recommend to my friends/family. the staff was "invisible" but at the same time very much aware of guests, and my teenagers comings/goings and made me feel, as a parent of teenagers, that they were also watching and making sure everything was ok... which i very much appreciated, while i was trying to relax! i look forward to seeing the entire Sunrise staff again soon. Oh, and they had great recommendations... make sure to visit Rose Island, snorkeling and swimming with pigs. A great day trip

This property is right on Cabbage beach not far from the action. They are all villas with separate bedroom. It is a special metal staircase to top floor. Not easy to manage for everyone. Their is a restaurant right on property that is open morning til night.

it's clean and beach is right there. Atlantis is at a walking distance if you want to go for a walk to the stores and eat at the restaurants.

Trenger helt klart oppussing! Renhold var så som så. Rett på stranda, men kraftige bølger, så ikke noe for barn (knapt for voksne). Restaurant/bar Violas, på området, har utrolig god mat, men de trenger et smilekurs. Damene i resepsjonen derimot, var utrolig blide og hjelpsomme. Vi bodde i villa 115.

I stayed here with my family of 4 and were very comfortable. Bonus that we had 2 full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Even provided salt and pepper, coffee and creamers. The resort is on the small side which I like. Did not require a lot of walking. The beach is beautiful but had a hard time getting beach chairs 1 of the 3 days we were there. But overall a great experience! Can walk to Marina Village in 10 mins, so very convenient to other things.

I loved it cause it was beautiful, spacious, and steps away from the beach. It was calm and relaxing. I felt safe with my family there. My brother n law stayed at the Atlantis so we went for a day and it was just too busy and too much going on. Im from a city and i want to be away from the hustle and bustle. THIS PLACE IS IT!

I love the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the fully furnished, spacious rooms. I do not like that I have to pay for WiFi in my rooms, Anthony’s have free WiFi and their a restaurant.

Great place!

I really liked this place, very cute! The villa was adorable. I loved the spiral staircase (although probably not good for the elderly or small children) There was a nice porch off of the bedroom and a front patio. Very nice. Having the Bar/restaurant Violas on property was great as well.

Stay Away- Smoke and Mirrors

We reserved this hotel based on the good reviews & photos. Our experience was much different. We were greeted by a very loud, open bar complete with Bud Light promotion which my family had to walk through to find our room. The room smelled of smoke and was dirty and very worn. The king bed had a worn, dirty sponge for a mattress, complete with cigarette burns in the patio chairs. When we discussed the smoke & condition of the room we were told to wait 20 minutes for the Manager to arrive to the property. After waiting over 1 hr. we decided to leave the property. As we were walking to the office, we were stopped by a security guard and two men. The guard intimidatingly asked for the keys to the room. We finally met with the manager who did nothing but dispute our issues. At no time were we offered a different room or other accommodation. This was surprising as Hotels.com had spoken with the property after we notified them for assistance. The manager and security guard's only concern was securing our payment. Awful family experience. Keep looking!
