"Check in was easy and accommodations were made for my husband's need for a 1st floor room. Great to be able to park right in front of our room. Things were neat as a pin with new electronics and finishes. The bed was very comfortable."

"We booked due to a baseball tournament, and checked in 2 hours after check in time. Recieved our key and went to our room and it was not even ready yet. When we went down to talk to the front desk, she was rude and said "nothing I can do, you will have to wait". We already had taken all our stuff out and went to our room and the beds were stripped/trash still in there and it wasnt cleanes, had we known before our room wasnt going to be ready for a while, we wouldve came back, but wasnt told anything. we understand things happen, but the front desk did not need to be disrespectful. "
