Clean, comfortable room. Close enough to walk to broadway, but far enough that it was quiet at night. 10/10 would recommend to stay at. If I am ever in Nashville again, I will stay here.
Great service. The only issue is be careful when parking your car at valet. It’s a narrow road and I wouldn’t leave the car

We weren't able to adjust temperaturein the room. The control wasn't working. And I hope they can have better type of conditioner -- it doesn't do the job. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean. Overall was okay.
Clean room, efficient check-in and out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a little tricky learning how to get to the lobby (5th Floor), but all was good. Bartenders were good, too.
Great customer service. Room was clean and spacious. 3 blocks from broadway. Enjoyed our stay. Tally, Abby, and Griffin and Tj were very polite and accommodating. Housekeeping day service was lacking, we had to get our own towels and they didn’t clean our room for a 4 day stay until the last day. Other than that great stay and highly recommend and will be back!
The hotel had a lot to offer, roof top bar, great location. Staff was less than friendly other than Natalie at check in. Our room had several broken toiletry bottles and was missing the remote. When we called to ask where it might be located the front desk acted very annoyed. I would stay again however, friendly, helpful staff goes a long way.
Room wasn’t ready at 4 had to wait 45 mins after check in

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Toilet tank lid was missing which was gross and prevented flushing of toilet. Hotel staff was amazing in resolving that problem. Room was listed as “with lanai” which most people would assume means the room has its own lanai and not a general outdoor area that all hotel guests can access. So paid extra for an amenity that doesn’t really exist for the room itself.

Mold in bathtub. No closet for hanging clothes. Front desk gentleman was not helpful and allowed us to wait for a half hour because the room wasnt ready and told us he would let us know when things were ready. He left and did not inform anyone we were waiting. I had to check with them 30 minutes later and you guessed it, they had our room ready

Not impressed! We had no ice bucket for the ice machine. Had a 2 queen room but only 1 coffee cup and 2 glasses. Tried getting more bath towels but when the cleaning lady brought them, she couldn't understand English or what we wanted so gave us hand towels. The pillows and comforter were down feathers and there was no other options available so if you have allergies be aware! Our ceiling was painted plywood and looked terrible. They charge $100 a day to your card for incidentals although we didn't charge anything to the room. Bar didn't have a bartender until 3 pm on a Friday with limited alcohol, didn't try again after that. The staff seemed clueless about everything. Day after I checked in, they couldn't find me in their system but kept assuring me that no one would try to come in my room??? Seems like they opened this new hotel before they were ready.
I stayed here starting earlier this week and while the hotel has a lot of potential, there were a few issues that made the experience a bit disappointing.
You can definitely tell it’s a newer property that’s still working out some details. In our room, several of the walls looked unfinished, which made the space feel a little incomplete. The shower was also inconsistent and would randomly turn scorching hot, which was pretty frustrating while trying to shower.
Another small thing was that we weren’t given an ice bucket when we checked in. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we didn’t end up receiving one until our last night.
The café on site was decent and one of the better parts of the stay. However, the listing online mentioned bikes available outside the hotel for guests to use, and we never saw any during our stay.
Overall, the hotel has potential and a cool concept, but it feels like it’s still working through some opening-phase issues. Hopefully these things improve as the hotel settles in.
Very cool chic spot. I loved the cleanliness and food option and drink amenities. The staff was very friendly and was also very much walkable to various restaurants.

I paid an insand rate for what i got. They booked me the wrong room (booked a single king and got a double.queen), flthy bathroom, what appeared to be blood stains on my sheets, no room service available (even though its advertised as being avaliable), motel 6 tier of amenities in room, and was treated insanely rude by one.of the women at the desk. For the price, i could have gotten a really really nice airbnb
Im so glad the.hotel industry is dying. Absolute garbage.
