The reception area was very clean and inviting. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. The hotel was in a great location close to Broadway several restaurants and not loud or super crazy crowds perfect for a family . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The problem with SpringHill Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown Convention Center is poor design of room and very weak internet access. The room was clean, well appointed and very nice, but who puts a frosted glass bathroom door that shines directly onto the beds whenever someone uses the bathroom while others are sleeping? Also, please don't advertise free wifi if it's so weak that you can't explore the area around you on google maps or even play games on your tablet. Staff was great, valet parking wonderful and the hotel is situated such that you have walking access to many attractions/events in the area.
