This hotel has seen better days and that is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars, because any physical shortcomings were made up for by the extremely polite and helpful staff!! The surrounding area was great too, lots of shopping and dining options and beautiful safe streets.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. The only reason it gets 2 stars is the location and the front desk staff, who were wonderful. The rooms were not good. -peeling of paint on the walls -a rusty vent that was open & led to the other room -a lamp/table that was rusted -a musty/mildew smell -spackled areas on the wall that had been painted over with a different color paint -a “one bedroom” that had a bed in the room then a bed in the living room?? Why not a couch. Makes no sense. -dead bugs inside the light fixture -uncomfortable, scratchy sheets -carpet in the hallway coming up Thank God there were no bed bugs - I guess that’s a plus. Miraculously, the bathroom was the only area that was fine. These were all easily fixable issues, which makes me think they are just lazy or don’t care. It made me even more mad I spent $150 on this place when it should have been more like $80. Put some effort into your rooms!!

Overall, good stay. The room was small, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Their store mostly sold snacks I don't eat, but there was a good variety. The parking was convenient. The property is nestled in a nice location. The staff is very nice and very accommodating. I would recommend a stay at this property because of the location, the amenities in the room, and the staff.
