While structure is beautiful. And breakfast was great! However rooms are fairly outdated, and some mold in the bathroom. It was a busy weekend so our towels were rationed because laundry couldn’t keep up. They forgot the welcome gift and did not answer the phone to the front desk. Our first room’s toilet didn’t flush and changing rooms was difficult as large sections of the hall were blocked off.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an Embassy Suites. I probably will not book even at another property. I will definitely never come back to this one! Thanks to this place. No wifi 3 of my 4 days. Brushed me off and said your not the only one and engineering is working on it. It never got fixed the last 3 days of my stay! MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!!! Treated me like a 3rd class citizen because I booked 3rd party refused to add my honors number. I had to call customer service to have them get it done. Took 2 days to come put a light bulb in the night stand after they told me someone would be up in 5 minutes. Didn't want to give my complimentary water until customer care got my honors number added. A whole patch of rooms were blocked and under construction. Which was a sore eye! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Property is old, breakfast buffet is nice but never felt the staff cared too much, I reserved a king suite and was told when I got there they didn’t have any so ended up with 2 queen/full bed suite… staff seemed to not really care and other times when I had questions I felt like they were annoyed…Probably would not stay again.
