Frequent travelers, but our first time staying at Nashville's Element. Very impressed with the hotel overall. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. Very nice lobby, comfy seating, etc. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and nice amenities. The quad next to the hotel was very nice. Green space with small stage, coffee shop & small deli-like cafe for those who like organics. Very walkable to Centennial Park and very nice restaurants less than a 15 minute walk away. The park is worth the walk & visit. We especially want to recognize Treasure, one of the front desk staff. She was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Will visit again.

The room was great, but I really have to give a shout out to the valet staff! I was there for the winter storm and the valet staff really worked tirelessly to help me get safely back to my car. I would definitely stay here again.
