This place is basically student housing masquerading as a hotel. It is well priced, however, and well located. If you’re on a budget, it’s a decent option for a well located hotel.

The location was great. But... First, they had problems checking me in. Had to wait about two hours afterb check in time to get in. Then it seems it was my job to put the pots , pans and dishes away. The worst part was the bedbug bites. Probably best to pass.

We were so impressed with the size of the apartment and the convenience of the parking. If there was a double excellent choice it would be the one I’d attach to this rental! Loved the common outdoor area on Floor 2, just wish tqhe weather had been a bit warmer!

Good location but not so good amenities

Bottom half of the window blinds were torn off. The host was told immediately but never got them repaired throughout our 4 day stay. The room had an unpleasant smell. A parking pass was not provided until a day later. Otherwise it was a good location with dining nearby. The unit was comfortable. Although I don’t think I would stay here again.

Problem after problem after problem!

Wow. Miserable experience. We arrived late and exhausted and got a message that there was a leak in our room so we were being moved to a different room. Got into the new room to find the bed unmade and the place reeking of paint and bleach and the window wide open. Were able to move to a third room which did not smell. We went to make up the sofabed and there was no top sheet and the blanket had a crusty patch. Otherwise the beds were comfortable enough. There were only two mismatched towels for the three of us. I called for more linens and they instacarted brand new sheets and towels from Target (but new isn’t the same as clean and they didn’t arrive until late the night before we left). I was excited to have laundry so I threw in a load the night before we left. But the dryer didn’t work so I had to hang everything to dry - but it didn’t have time to dry - so I had to take wet clothes (that got mildewed stinky and unwearable) to my next destination and dry my only pair of pants with a hairdryer. I asked to use another unit’s dryer and they wouldn’t let me. Then I asked if I could leave my car in the lot a few hours past checkout and was told no. So I don’t recommend this establishment. Staying there was a full time job and my family was mad at me for picking it.

The property is conveniently located and attractive enough BUT the day of travel required tons of interactions. It was not easy. The place had roaches, hair on the “clean” towels and only one coffee kuriq for three nights. We told them about the situation and they wanted photographs which we took time to send. They offered to come change the towel. It was all pretty frustrating. I own a rental and understand the challenges but some coffee left at our door could have smoothed a lot of the yuck factor.
