The people behind the front desk are great! I checked in and noticed I had a door right next to the exit which made me a bit nervous. Thankfully, the gentleman behind the front desk had no problem switching my room to another available one. That being said though, there is a noticeable smell on the staircase when you step on it. The staff was courteous and the room was good, but the heated indoor pool was freezing and some of the exercise equipment was either not working or broken.
