The hotel was unmanned we were late arriving and tired we had travelled all day we didn’t find the. Procedure to check in very easy and then we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Had we known this we would not of booked. Staff were there the next day and were very helpful

Great breakfast. On arrival the guy agreed to put a bottle of blanquette in the fridge for later... Convenient to the centre of Narbonne where I found parking easy and free in a back street about 15mins from the tourist office

I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the room, for a small family it would be perfect. It is a room on a budget so having your own hair dryer is a must, if needed. The breakfast was more then enough and I’m sure those on a tighter budget could be inventive. The hotel is just off the highway and convenient to shopping and many levels of restaurants to meet your taste.I visited the beach, which is about 10km away from the hotel and well worth the trip. Spend all day at the beach and choose from one of the many restaurants lining the beach. I would visit this hotel again when traveling to the region. Bill

Hôtel super pour une nuit étape et pourquoi pas plus. Nous avons pu dormir sans entendre le moindre bruit comme c'est toujours le cas à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner basique mais bon. Personnel souriant

Einfacher Check-in am Automaten,weil kein Personal mehr anwesend war. Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut und Betten waren gut. Kissen könnten größer sein und die Toilette etwas sauberer, aber im Allen war das Zimmer sauber und funktional. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, nur zur Info.

Personnel très serviable à notre arrivée. Oubli d'une veste que nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le jour même, l'hôtel étant fermé de 11h à 16h ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas d'envoyer les objets oubliés contre remboursement. Espérons récupérer la veste lors d'un passage à Narbonne en juillet...

Im 3-er Zimmer war das Doppelbett ok, das dritte Bett jedoch war steinhart. Der Zugangscode zim Hotel wurde an eine falsche Handynr gesendet, sodass wir erst mal gar nicht ins Hotel rein kamen. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden und aufgrund von Platzmangel schwer zugänglich. Ausserdem liegt das Hotel direkt an der Autobahn, was man im Zimmer sehr gut hören kann.

El personal muy amable. La habitación correcta: limpia (aunque había algunas pelusas por la zona de la estufa electrica y por la climatización) Personalmente, no me gustó el colchón.
