There is no reception after 8 pm and it is in a very unsafe area. Was noisy with people yelling all night. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone at all!

Excellent service and very helpful host!

Very helpful owner who provided me with lots of local knowledge. Very clean room with all the basic needs at an affordable price. Situated next to the main transports stations and a nearby walk to the port to get to capri (approx. 30 minutes walk). A lovely cafe just outside the main entrance. The bus stop across the street is €5 to go to the airport.

Do not book this place as you might not get in

I never go into the room. There was no one picking up the phone, when I used the phone by the door. So I had to book another room. With this room I really think Hotels.com needs to be much better and clearer in explaining that you need to book it at least a day in advance if you want to actually use the room. Otherwise you will not get access.

I arrived on the 14th at night to check in. I pressed button 38 but 39 appeared on the display and I was unable to speak with top floor. I called them and they answered the phone and already hung up without letting me speak. I sent a message and then they replied that the check in was until 18:00 and they said that they sent a message talking about the check in time. the message was sent at 20:03 talking about the time limit to check in, which was until 18:00. they said they were not going to return the money to me because they sent the message about the check in deadline. sorry but the check in time limit has to be notified before I make the payment and not after the time limit. I checked my email and received an email from Orbitz that informed me that check in was after 2:30 pm and there is no time limit for check in. the mistake was for the top floor not to inform the correct times for the maximum time to check in and so I ask for the refund of my money for the service not provided due to lack of information on the top floor before making the payment for the reservation. I tried to talk to them to reimburse me so that I wouldn't come to notify Orbitz and end up harming them by the negative evaluation, but they don't want to return the money and even said that I was threatening them because I said I would notify Orbitz if they didn't return the money. money. Please, I only need a refund because I don’t want to pay for a service that wasn’t provided to me

Great place!

Great place! I will be always considering it when traveling through Naples or staying in Naples. Its right by the train station which makes it easy to get to airport or anywhere else needed. Place is very clean and rooms are big. Thanks for hosing my friends and myself

B&B bon rapport qualité prix

Juste à côté de la gare de train, très pratique pour les transit ou visite pompei. les alentours sont ceux d'une gare, mais ça passe pour un transit. Immeuble de l'hotel B&B en cours de rénovation partie commune. Hôte hyper sympa et serviable. Privilégiez les chambre vue sur Vésuve si possible. bon rapport qualité prix

Sauberes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht auf den Vesuv

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und genügend gross. Sicht auf dem Balkon ist wunderschön. Im Zimmer war es in der Nacht win wenig kalt und die Wände sind ziemlich dünn, so dass man seine Zimmernachbarn hören kann, was wir jedoch nicht als störend empfunden haben. Die Lage ist perfekt (100 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof und 200 Meter von der Metro Station entfernt. Das Zentrum der Stadt sowie verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach erreichbar. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Low Flexibility of Check in Time

Very Low Flexibility of Check in Time and unhelpful staff when I told them I cannot arrive before 6pm and there are no other solution. And I cannot do anything to my reservation and I need to book another hotel at once on that day by myself. Streets nearby are also dangerous as there are many thieves.

Clean room in noisy area

Top Floor was a little difficult to find at first, but is conveniently located near the train station. To get to town, you have to take a taxi or ride the metro. The room was very clean and had a great balcony. Other than the location being a little far from town, the noise from the busy street was another down fall of the B&B.
