The place is OK for a short stay. The area around it does seem a bit sketchy as mentioned in other reviews, but that's most of Naples. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, however, pillows smelled like sweat, so i didn't use them.

The perfect stay

It's been an amazing stay, the whole structure has been recently remodeled, the room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly, especially Paolo who went above and beyond to accommodate all our request. Location is perfect, close to the main city attractions and to the main station. Perfect to explore the city, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. I'd book it again, should I come back to this amazing city.

Very excellent. Clean. Modern. All mod cons. Friendly owner. Central location. Safe. Easy to get to from airport. Near train station.

The actual room and common area to get to rooms was very very clean! I really appreciated that. However, they didn’t listen to the do not disturb sign. I don’t really like people touching my stuff so this was a little bit annoying. The property is about 3 blocks from the breakfast place and they give you tickets for a free coffe and croissant each morning. The breakfast place is in a nicer area because it’s very close to the main train station, but where the actual place is, is NOT a nice area. I didn’t feel very comfortable walking around at night unless I was with the rest of my group. So basically it was a nice place in a bad neighborhood.

The apartment itself is really good, newly renovated, and close the the train station. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Not what we expected

The location is horrible. I did not feel safe. Homeless and trash everywhere. The room is updated, but no room for 4 people. The pictures are very deceptive. You do not get what you expect. Not worth the money.

Property was a set of rooms in an apartment building with other people living. Entrance to the property was a nightmare with multiple keys to handle, first the building entrance, then you had to pay to use the elevator, then use another key to enter the particular area in the building and then to your room and another key for electricity. Air conditioning didn’t work properly and it was hot in the room. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed so that was some relief. The worst part of our stay was the neighborhood the guest house was located in. Although it was conveniently close to Napoli Centrale station (walkable distance), but the area did not appear safe. Breakfast was included but not enough quantity. Beds were not comfortable. The person who checked us in, Paulo was very rude and quarreled with me over his discussion with my husband. I will never recommend this guest house to anyone. Okay for singles but not family friendly.

La stanza nel complesso non è male, solo che ci vorrebbe una pulizia più profonda, a partire dai letti, cuscini e copriletto. Vicino alla stazione centrale ma in una via molto frequentata da gente che bivacca per strada rendendola poco sicura. Il personale disponibile e attento alle esigenze personali.

Problemas

El dueño no es formal ni puntual, le avisé con antelación para que me esperase a una hora exacta para darme las llaves y no apareció, ni tenía previsto hacerlo. Tuve que molestar a vecinos para localizarlo. Su trato no fue el más correcto. Habitaciones correctas y ubicación céntrica. El bar donde tiene subcontratado los desayunos (Napoli Centrale Caffe) es detestable, si no cambia, yo no me alojaría más.

잘 쉬고 갑니다. 주변 노숙자 포함 지저분한 환경 말고는 만족합니다. 처음 나폴리 방문하다보니 늦은 시간 도착도 했고, 20시, 주변 가게문도 닫았고, 지저분해 보이고, 사람도 없다보니 놀랐다. 위험한 상황이나 사람들은 없었지만 너무 어둡고 지저분한 환경에 놀랐다. 숙소는 가성비 매우 만족하며, 친절했다.
