Dear guest, we are really sorry to discover your inconveniences only at this time and not complain about them during your stay, we are here to ensure that your stay is peaceful, comfortable and pleasant. The heating is automatic and runs 24 hours a day, if you deactivate it manually you have to remember to reactivate it, the bathroom has a standard shower tray, it may seem small compared to the space but it is equipped with a curtain that must be closed if you do not want it to water leaks out during use. We have a laundry service but it is not free. Sorry if we recommend, on your next trip if you have any problems during your stay ask the staff they will be happy to solve it. Thanks for your opinion. Thanks for Your judgement, it's very important to us. We suggest You to open the map to check the position and choose for what You need to see, and not for the price. In 1 km there are more than one pizzeria, 6 to be accurate and 3 fast food.

Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente, lo staff avrebbe potuto aiutarvi con le tapparelle segnalando alla reception. La nostra struttura è collegata con il centro storico sia tramite autobus e sia tramite metropolitana.
