The staff were so lovely and so attentive. The room was clean and spacious and the bnb is packed full of amazing furniture and decor. The breakfast was great, we would definitely stay here again.

Tout d'abord une accueil merveilleux. Notre hôtesse parle le français parfaitement bien avec un charme napolitain très joyeux. Les éventuelles questions sont réglées sans difficulté. Le logement est très spacieux dans les parties communes, notamment la salle du petit déjeuner qui est digne de ce vieux palace napolitains. La partie privative sans être immense est très confortable. Il y a un personnel de service en permanence sur place. Et, last but not least, l'emplacement dans le vieux Naples est très central. La plupart des sites majeurs de Naples sont accessibles à pied (entre 5 minutes et 30 minutes).

Antiques-filled B&B inside old palazzo in the Spanish Q is fun while visiting either the Spanish quarter or Centro Storico, but it is not easy to figure out the elevator by yourself (I didn't even see it on arrival, & we lugged our stuff up long couple flights of stairs). Best to call the front desk on arrival, for help. Hugely friendly managers, aim to please, decent English spoken night and day. Good strong fiberglass french doors shut out all sound from street. Good firm mattress. Room a little musty and echoes so much it can drive you crazy just talking about the weather, but "Toledo" room was huge and had a good writing table, armoire with safe, extra twin bed, and dainty balcony with table & chair. Working air con. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order, but no espresso. Fantastic neighborhood close to leather craftsmen and straight shot eastward to Xmas alley (enjoyable 11 min walk).

Don't check in at night.

We had a late night check-in (midnight) which we advised the hotel about. On arrival at the hotels address there was no indication it existed. No signs. No visible street number. No intercom. The street felt very unsafe at night. In the end we rang the hotel and the door to the inner courtyard was opened was opened. The hotel is entry in on the second floor. The front room was really noisy due to early morning traffic. The room itself was massive as it was an old palace. Breakfast was nice.

Séjour très agréable de 3 nuits dans ce Palais du centre ville, sur la via Toledo. Le Palais Caraffa occupe tout un pâté de maisons, mai l'hôtel seulement un demi étage avec 3 chambres. tenu par une famille l'accueil est des plus sympathique. Musées et églises baroques à 2 pas. Palais en refection depuis es années, ne pas se fier à l'entrée et la cour non restaure pour le moment.

Nous avions une chambre exceptionnellement magnifique dans le palais (pas celle induquée)! Alberto et Suzy sont des hôtes très gentils ! Sur une rue passante avec un peu de bruit mais quand même correct pour dormir.

Great location, great staff

A little tricky to find but excellent location very close to the vibrant and intesting historical district, and the staff were super friendly. The son of the owner who checked us in is a master piano player who was belting out amazing music during the day which is actually great in this building which had maintained its 16th century style charm of painted ceilings and classic furnishings.

Sublimo ricordo delle bellezze d'un altro tempo

Un vero tesoro si merita: l'accesso rimane un percorso di sorprese: portone pesante, affreschi giganti... lavori in corso, scale nascoste dalle impalcature. Pero all'arrivo, la prova è ripagata alla grande dall'accoglienza calorosa della famiglia degli ospiti in un palazzo storico senza pare. Chi ama la musica ci gradisce inoltre un ambiante sofisticato. Si scopre il suono bellissimo del pianoforte a coda lunga di un vero musicista... Bellezza barocca, musica, eleganza, pero non all'aperto: insomma un'esperienza addirittura napoletana!

Nice stay in central Napoli

We were happy to find out that we had been upgraded into a bigger room. The room furnitures and decoration were amazing (old italian palace style). The mattress was very comfortable and the location is very central. The owners were very friendly and helpful with us. On the downside, the shower was a bit old.
