Good location, close to the train station which was nice, somewhat sketchy area but not too bad. There’s a cafe right outside. Check in was a bit confusing but the balcony was super nice and there was a fridge and a kettle in our room, AC worked well Overall definitely recommend for the price

Nice place, very close to the train station, lots of things to eat around. Nice setting, have in mind that the ceiling is short distance from the bed if you're standing. Found a little hard to get there and to communicate with the staff once I was there.

This was in a great location for the station and also very easy to walk to Central Naples. The space was very clean. Our room didn’t really look like the photos advertised and we found the check-in process being over WhatsApp/a phone call frustrating. It was also strange to have to send whatsapp messages to the hotel in the daytime to ask questions rather than have anyone face to face.

Positive: - Cleaner was very nice Negative - Hot water unavailable on 5 out if 7 days - Air conditioning producing mouldy air gave both of us bad cough + cold (still on-going as I write this) - No front desk. - No Iron - Sofa bed which is terribly uncomfortable I'm not one to complain usually since I'm used to sleeping very modestly but if you do book with these people make sure you specifically ask them NOT to stay in the 'Napoli' room, it is a hazard. It's possible (inevitable) that the other rooms are habitable.

Easy check-in and check-out, but the property was advertised as bed and breakfast, and there was no breakfast at all. The area was very busy, noisy and dirty. The building was very old with early 20 century ascenseur. On the first day, there was no internet or hot water, and the room was cold. As a result, my husband caught a severe cold. Not recommended at all.

Good for the price

Considering the price we paid it wasn't that bad, the room was really clean, really close to the train station and was perfect for our one night stay. There's no reception so you have to call them in order to get in which was a bit complicated, you're really close to a busy street so there's a lot of honking and the bed we had had a broken spring so it wasn't all that comfortable.

This is a good value if you're on a budget. The room was spacious with a living area with a small kitchenette, table and couch, with a loft for the bed area. The bed was comfortable, the heat/ac was modern and worked well, plenty of hot water a nd good water pressure in the shower. There is a common area elevator in the building. Surprisingly, the noise, from the activity on the street, did not keep me awake. Daily housekeeping was very good. The check-in process was a challenge, it's all done over the phone and the internet. I had to place over 12 calls to get through to the representative, in order to have them buzz the doors open for me. I plan to stay here again.

I don't know who was in charge of this location, my flight was late arriving late Nobody was at the location, I couldn't get access to the location, I had to stay 15 minutes talking on the phone to convince the person in question, my luck. at that moment, a couple who lived at the same address arrived and with their help I managed to access the location, the person in question communicates very hard, but he takes care, he asks 3 euros for cleaning, an unpleasant experience, I don't even think about repeating it again to come back to this location, I wouldn't even recommend it to other people!

Ringe!!

Vi skulle ringe mange gange for at få nogle ordentlige instrukser mht at komme ind. Der mangler helt basale ting, som glas, i “køkkenet”. Man kan ikke engang skære sig et stykke brød eller drikke et glas vand. Rummet er vældig slidt og virker hærget, men der var rent sengetøj og toilettet var rengjort.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und auch sauber. Die Umgebung am Bahnhof ist jedoch ein Albtraum! Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts, aber es trügt den Aufenthalt. Zwielichtige Personen, Dreck, Müll soweit das Auge reicht, auch dass, nur um den Hauptbahnhof herum, die Stadt selbst ist sauber. Obwohl das Personal sehr nett war und auch dass Zimmer in Ordnung war, würden wir aufgrund der Umgebung ( gleicht einem Getto) nicht mehr hingehen

L’hôtel n’a aucune réception . Nous sommes arrivés comme convenu avec l’établissement à 23h50. La porte était fermée ! J’étais avec ma mère très âgée et nous avons du monter 4 étages . Puis l’établissement nous a demandé de demander de changer d’hôtel . Nous avons du prendre un taxi qui a été remboursé par la suite pour ce changement d’hôtel . Le changement d’hôtel était positif car l’autre hôtel était très qualitatif . Les extérieur de l’hôtel sont très vétustes .

Korrekt szobák, szép hibátlan. Tiszta minden. A szállás adóval nem is találkoztunk csak online beszéltünk. Minden automatán történik. A kulcsok átvétele is Online. Folyamatos kapcsolatban álltunk egymással. Whatsup alkalmazásban. Ahogy mentünk előre úgy nyíltak előttünk az ajtók. A kulcsokat egy rekeszből kód alapján kaptuk meg, és magunknak nyitottuk az ajtókat. Tök jó buli volt, olyan volt mint valami szabaduló szoba feeling, ahogy bejutottunk és megfejtve a kódot megkaptuk a kulcsokat. :) A kapuk az után nyíltak számunkra, ahogy kifizettük Online a CityTax-ot. Minden korrekt volt. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

Bon qualité/prix...51€ la nuit plus 3€ de taxe. Pratique car proche de la gare et navette areoport. Pas de reception Contact via whapp disponible rapidement même le soir. Un bar devant ouvert jour et soir. Chambre correspond à la photo. Elle donne sur un boulevard avec beaucoup de trafique même le soir et trés tôt le matin. Le claxon est trés utilisé par les napolitains. La literie n'est pas confortable pour personnes de pois.

La habitacion comoda y limpia, pero lamentablemente no se puede descansar mucho por la mañana, el ruido de las bocinas es alto.. No tuve a disposicion la caja de seguridad desde el comienzo, aunque luego me ofrecieron una solucion.. Esta bastante bien si estas de paso y levantarse muy temprano.. El edificio detonado, el ascensor no andaba, 4 pisos con maletas..
