I appreciated the upgraded room at checking to get a room closer to elevator because of disability, but I have found trash that wasn’t picked up in the bathroom. There was also a little smell in the room, most likely coming from the old building the hotel is located in.

The property was well positioned with regard to the city, the station and access to the airport. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Good staff, but the beds were terrible. The sofa bed in particuliar. We had to change room because one of the bed were brocken. But the quality was bad and very inconfortable. The other bed was ok, but you had to be carefull when you sat on it: you may fall because the bed was not equilibrated

Novotel should be ashamed of this hotel

The common areas are nice and the employees friendly, but the Clasique and Superior rooms needed an urgent refresh 20 years ago. I simply cannot understand how this place is alowed to keep 4 stars... With the exception of the executive room, the rest are extremely dated and the bathroom condition and age was simply unacceoptable. The 1st room we got had oil on the carpet (sofa bed, we assumed) and the staff moved us to another one wich was "ok" but still way below the expectations. The staff confimed that all the non-executive rooms were the same. Regarding the room, the bed was confortable and clean. TV was very small, minibar didnt work and the rest of the room (particularly the carpet) felt very old and not properly mantained or cleaned. The room smelled old. The bathroom was clearly the worst. Absurdly dated (probably 50+ years) not well maintained and the cherry on top: the bath had a shower curtain instead of a screen. There is basically no load/unload area, as there were cars parked there. The closest car park is relatively modern and convenient but didnt have security and in general didnt feel safe at least on a weeked day. We stayed one night and cancelled the rest. We did not enjoy our stay nor did we use any additional services. We basicaly stayed 9 hours between checkin and out. I would not recommend unless staying on a executive room (that is basically a standard 4* hotel room) and will absolutely not stay again.

L’hôtel est bien situé à distance de marche du château. Il est propre. Certaines de commodités de la chambre bain/douche, téléphone semblent d’origine et un peu désuet. Il y avait un problème avec l’eau chaude lors de notre passage. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un court séjour. Merci au personnel accueillant!

Chambre 514. A notre arrivée, chambre non chauffée et froide ! Après avoir contacté la réception, il nous a été dit que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ! Il nous a été apporté un petit radiateur électrique d'appoint. Le lendemain matin, dans une salle de bain froide (18°), nous avons constaté que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude non plus ! Pas de douche... Petit autre détail, pas de cintre non plus dans les placards. Nous avons rencontré la Directrice qui nous a confirmé ne pas être au courant, mais qui attendait la venue d'un technicien (?). Elle nous a propose une autre chambre pour prendre notre douche alors que nous étions prêts à partir. Finalement elle nous a proposé de nous offrir une chambre sur classée pour notre prochaine visite. Nous n'avons jamais reçu le voucher promis. C'est la première fois, que je procède à un telle réclamation qu n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que nous pouvons attendre de ce type d'hôtel et du prix de la chambre ! Pour information, il y avait d'autres chaufferettes à l'entrée du couloir, donc l'hôtel était forcément au courant et à fait preuve de malhonnêteté. Vous pouvez compter sur nous pour relayer la manière dont cet hotel gère ses clients...Une honte...

Parkplatz ist ein echtes Problem. Wenn man ins Hotel mit viel Gepäck kommt ist das auch ein Problem. Nur Stufen und Kopfsteinpflaster. Vor dem Hotel parken ist auch auf eigenes Risko wie ich informiert worden bin. Das Hotel ist schon über die besten Tage hinaus. Wenn man zu einer Konferenz neben an muss, ist es sehr angenehm einfch.
