Decent basic hotel

I wasn't sure when i approached the hotel but inside it was fine. The room was basic but very large. The breakfast was fine and cheaper then many i have had.

Across the road from the railway.

Basic hotel with a good basic breakfast and excellent coffee. Rooms which front the busy street in front of the hôtel quiet enough if the windows are shut. Currently being renovated. A short walk from SNCF, tramway and the beautiful Jardin des Plantes. 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Escalier avec moquette donc tachée, odeur pas très agréable dans l'escalier. Joint des parois de la douche taché de noir (humidité). Joint d'étanchéité de la porte de douche qui se décolle. Sèche cheveu qui ne fonctionne pas. Hôtel qui a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.

La chambre était propre et bien préparée mais les autres hôtes dans les chambres voisines ne semblaient pas avoir la consigne de ne pas faire de bruit après 22h : un vrai central téléphonique !

Bon...il faut le dire...l'hôtel est à la hauteur de ses 2 étoiles et du (bas) prix payé ! Chambre sans âme...complètement défraîchie...équipement de qualité très moyenne... MAIS...très pratique pour une nuit près de la Gare...personnel accueillant, professionel et souriant...petit déjeuner simple à 9 Euros...introuvable ailleurs ;)))

Que dire… ?

Que dire… ? Odeur de cigarette persistante dans la chambre, ménage approximatif, cuvette des toilettes cassée, traces de café sur les meubles… et le pompon ? Le veilleur de nuit qui déambule dans les couloirs à 23h en vaporisant du désodorisant pour masquer les odeurs. Pour info c'est une technique de bailleurs sociaux quand le ménage ne peut pas être fait tout le temps... Après avoir signalé ces problèmes à l’accueil, on m’explique que la télévision ne fonctionne pas en raison d’un problème technique. Je peux comprendre que cela arrive, mais la moindre des choses aurait été d’en informer les clients avant leur arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est tout aussi décevant : très peu de choix. Je n’ai jamais laissé d’avis sur une plateforme, mais cette fois, impossible de rester silencieux face à la prestation de cette chambre soi-disant "2 étoiles" ! Venant régulièrement à Nantes pour le travail, j’ai voulu tester un nouvel hôtel. Une chose est sûre : je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds.

Juste à côté de la gare

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face de la gare de Nantes. Le personnel est sympathique et la réception est ouverte 24h/24. La chambre est propre et bien équipée.

Bon accueil. Personnel sympathique. Chambre : il y a tout ce qu'il faut, si ce n'est le confort des oreillers 😕 Petit déjeuner : moins de viennoiseries au profit de pains plus variés ? Gros bémol : je séjournais au 1er étage ; beaucoup d'allers et venues dans la nuit, donc beaucoup de bruit avec des portes qui claquent et des tours de clés dans la serrure

Correct pour une nuit.

Hôtel vieillot,grande chambre mais mal insonorisée, literie correcte mais avec couverture et non couette. SDB : Les serviettes sont propres mais ayant beaucoup servi. Joints de la douche à revoir ainsi qu un coup d aspirateur dans la bouche d aération . Personnel sympathique

Personnel très agréable

L'hôtel est bien tenu au niveau de l'accueil et de la salle de petit déjeuner, le personnel est très agréable. Par contre une odeur très désagréable est présente dans l'escalier principalement. La chambre était propre mais des travaux pour mettre un côté "un peu plus neuf" seraient nécessaires
