Caution

It has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at. Absolutely filthy, no aircon, cracked bathroom sink, high toilet, shower in the bath. No glasses or water. No shampoo as advertised. Bed was so hard. Rooms are tiny We had to take our bags in a lift than up a flight of narrow stairs, the corridors were filthy. I would have left immediately but I was only in Nantes for half a day and wanted to see sights rather than try and find other accommodation. Very overpriced for what it is. I booked this hotel based on the reviews it got. I can only say that they received good reviews because the owner was charming.

Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est extraordinairement sympathique et attentionné : le personnel prend vraiment le temps de s’assurer que tout se passe bien, répond à toutes les questions avec le sourire et fait en sorte qu’on se sente immédiatement à l’aise. La chambre était parfaite : spacieuse, très propre, bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Chaque détail est pensé pour le confort des clients, et on sent que l’équipe met un point d’honneur à ce que tout soit impeccable. Le cadre de l’hôtel est chaleureux et agréable, idéal pour se détendre après un long voyage. Le service est au top : que ce soit pour des conseils, un renseignement, ou un petit besoin ponctuel, l’équipe est toujours disponible et prête à aider. On se sent vraiment pris en charge et respecté. En résumé, c’est un hôtel où l’on se sent bien accueilli, où tout est propre et fonctionnel, et où le personnel fait la différence par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je garderai un excellent souvenir de mon passage et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience vraiment agréable !
