"Great stay at the Aiya. This is a hotel run by a family but it feels professionally run. I appreciated the service: free pickup and was able to check in before noon. The pool is lovely and they include snorkling masks to take to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Villas were well maintained. Food was good. View was lovely from the patio. The whole resort was well maintained. Access to Taatoh private beach and Freedom Beach (50 baht to visit if not staying at the resort). Staff was friendly. Stayed here 9 nights and would return. Scooter rental available onsite - likely to get charged for minor scrapes and dings upon return. The cash deposit (chose this instead of leaving passport with them) was 7000 baht and got maybe 1000 baht back. "

El único punto negativo es que tuvimos un inconveniente con el transporte en nuestro viaje y tuvimos que adelantar la llegada 1 día e irnos 1 día antes, e intentamos ponernos en contacto con el alojamiento. Tras muchas llamadas e email incluido, nunca nos dieron respuesta ni tampoco nos dijeron nada al respecto cuando lo comentamos en la recepción."

There's a swimming pool too.
It's located in the crowdy site, near the sand beach and between bars and noisy people going out. Needed earplugs for the night.
When anything isn't working it's fixed in short time by the helpfull staff. Overall, I can recommend to book a tour or travel at Lotus own booking facility: they take customer care very serious."

"Very Bad refund policy. We where not happy at all with the stay. We didnt want to stay in the room. Please change aircon System it is very unhealthy. Wet blankets from the aircon and damp, moldy smell. After hotel was booked out we had to stay another Night in the smell before hotel Had New room for us. Meanwhile we found another hotel and moved to there. We gave Keys and breakfast Coupons back but didnt got anything for remaining 6 nights. 410 eur went down the drain and we had 3 sleepless nights. "
