Had a very pleasant stay at Koh Tao Beach Club and enjoyed the location that's within walking distance of Sairee Beach. Staff was friendly and accomodating and it was a nice touch to get two bottles of water each day, regardless if you wanted the room cleaned or not. The beach was actually better than Sairee Beach and since it seemed to be shared with only one other hotel meant it was fairly quiet and not crowded at all. The room was spacious but was showing some signs of wear, nothing alarming though.

The facilities of the resort need renovation. There is no TV in the room. Swimming pool is good though. Water is clean.

Relaxing beach front hotel

Excellent beach front hotel. They arranged a snorkel trip and laundry for me. You can snorkel from the hotel beach, but it’s not as exciting as the guided tour around the island.

Property was okay for the price, it definitely needs a bit of an upgrade though. The beach in front of the property is really nice and is quiet, away from the super busy Sairee beach area but convenient for the pier. We hired a scooter from the hotel and this was in great condition and was very straightforward. Our air conditioning stopped working one night which made for a hot night, but this was fixed the following day.

Staff were very friendly and helped us get a scooter and ferry tickets. The resort however is very very tired looking and starting to become very run down. For $45/night I guess the price reflected the condition of the room and resort. Location was good - close to the pier and Sairee Beach for restaurants and shops.

We booked waterfront rooms. The view was great with the sand beach right in front. Comfortable covered patio to hang out on. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Like most places in Thailand could use some minor repairs but nothing that would impact the stay. Staff were wonderful. Walk along the beach 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and the main pier. Go behind the hotel up a short steep hill takes you to a road with hundreds of shops and restaurants as well as a very long and sandy beach. Really a great area. The young 20 somethings will want to stay or party at the south end of Sairee beach and the older you are the further north along the beach is the best area.

L hôtel est très bien situé près du port et des commerces.le confort de la chambre etait bon .par contre a l extérieur de nombreux espaces étaient dégradés,restaurant et bar non fonctionnels et très abîmés .piscine avec de nombreux carreaux cassés.dommage car le personnel d accueil est très agréable

El hotel de partida no tiene wifi en las habitaciones, razón suficiente para que sea moderado. Solamente te dan 2 toallas (no hay toallas de mano) y el estado de las piezas podría estar mucho mejor, el hotel se encuentra sin mantenciones. Lo bueno es que tiene una buena salida a la playa y la piscina es agradable.

Situation Idéale, vaut vraiment le coup !

Hotel très bien situé au bord d’une plage à quelques pas du port et non loin de Sairee beach le quartier le plus animé de l’île. Le staff a été remarquable en trouvant des solutions à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire en prime. C’est très appréciable. Nous avions un beach front, un vrai plus et la piscine est immense vous pourrez y faire de vraies longueurs. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely location on Mae Head Beach, quiet and away from the bustle. It’s very close to the pier and just a ten min walk/short scooter ride to the restaurants and bars. The pool area is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom needed a little refurb in the future, but understand that with covid it’s not been easy for these businesses. We rented a scooter and it was fab, in great working condition almost brand new. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return.
