"total disaster. Ince I had few meetings I booked a deluxe room which should have a large room with sofa and coffee table etc. but the property manager reported that they do not have any such rooms and put me in a room which was a very compact and standard room. Moreover, despite of several complaints they never attempted to resolve same. In the early morning when I used shower, I realized that there is no water and I ended up leaving (checking out) without even taking a shower. Upon complaint at...

"My inlaws stayed here for their trip to Hyderabad for US visa. They mentioned it was a pleasant stay and everything was close-by which was convenient. Breakfast was good with many options. "

"The staff were super friendly and wanting to help in any way possible. The room was large, new and clean. The Cinnamon Restaurant had a wide variety of choices in the menu. The gym was small but had enough equipment to get a decent workout. The location was good, close to the airport and a ten minute walk to a supermarket. The only down side of the room for me was that the way the showerhead was situated, every time I had a shower, the bathroom floor would get wet."
