The location is a little far from town, but it is easy to call tax. Especially, nice and wide ocean view from the room . The best point is the staff hospitality. We arrived at hotel before checking in time, we wanted to go to near restaurant where too near for taxi call. Then, the staff brought us to the restaurant, and he explained to restaurant staff what we wanted to go to the cable car station after lunch. And my amazing, the restaurant staff brought us to the station. The hotel staff asked to the restaurant staff it. The excellent staff, all staffs.

좋습니다. 잘 쉬다왔습니다.

뷰가 멋있습니다. 조용하고 객실도 크고 컨디션도 좋습니다. 고객응대도 친절하십니다. 근처에 갈곳이 마땅치 않아 호텔내에서 저녁식사를 했는데, 양식, 중식, 한식 정갈하게 잘 나옵니다. 조식으로는 전복죽, 황태해장국, 육개장이 있는데 맛있습니다. 풀장은 아이들용입니다.

트윈베드를 제공하는 호텔을 찾다가 이곳에서 2박 투숙했는데 마루바닥이 깨끗하고 시설도 깔끔합니다 제공된 조식도 그냥 깔끔한 한식을 먹을거면 외부 식당보다 이 호텔 조식이 더 낫다고 봅니다 야외 수영장은 겨울이라 운영하고 있지 않았고 이용가능했다면 더 좋았을것 같네요

기대감 이상은 아니었음.

침구 상태는 촉감과 청결도는 양호하였고 더블베드는 가족호텔응 표방함에도 좁아서 편안한 수면을 방해하였다. 높은 의자 2개가 있었지만 편안하게 앉을수있는 보통 높이의 의자가 없었다. 아침 식사는 비교적 만족스러웠지만 다시 방문할지의 의지는 약하다.

가족여행으로 두번째 방문입니다. 만족합니다. 침구가 깨끗하고 직원분들도 다 친절하십니다. 수영장 이용시간이 좀 아쉽네요 더운여름이라 오전부터 개장했음 좋을텐데 12시부터였어요.. 그리고 조리기구는 냄비와 국자, 밥솥, 전기포트, 그릇 입니다.. 세탁실 이용했는데 세탁기 세제통 섬유유연제 넣는곳이 곰팡이가.. 세제 넣는데 좀 찝찝하고 코인교환기 고장이라 프론트가서 바꾸고 그런게 좀 불편했어요 작년과 똑같이 세탁실은 개선이 안되었네요..ㅜㅜ 그래도 전반적으로는 좋았어요 😀 편히잘있다 왔습니다

조식 및 수영장에서의 일몰 바베큐가 훌륭했으며 모든 직원분들의 친절함에 반해서 남해 여행을 오게 된다면 라피스 호텔에서 꼭 묵을 생각입니다! 객실 또한 깔끔했으며 깨끗했던 침구는 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 여행객의 편의를 먼저 생각해 주셨던 직원분들께 다시 한번 감사 드립니다~^^

생각했던것 보다 호텔 규모가 많이 작네요 남해가 생각보다 맛집이 없어서 가족여행시 간단히 음식해먹기는 좋은거 같아요 편의점은 물건도 별로 없고 가격도 많이 비싸네요.. 밖에서 이용하시기를 추천드려요 중앙난방이라.. 5월달 아직 밤이 쌀쌀한데 난방이 안되네요.. 침대에서 잠자는건 괜찮은거 같은데.. 디럭스 룸이라 거실에서 주무시는 가족분이 추워하셨어요..
