"Staff are lovely, hotel position is ideal - on the river with a free shuttle ferry to take you to other ferries or train. Room was excellent - we had a riverside panoramic view room. Hard to fault this hotel! As it was low season there was a bit of renovation work going on but nothing to be concerned about."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning. With a view over the Bangkok river and centrally located it is an oasis of calm among the busy streets. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel beautifully maintained to the highest standards. I highly recommend the Verandah restaurant - the food and view were both fantastic."
