"The amenities, as well as the high-level of cleanliness at the Clubhouse was very comforting but what truly made our stay special was Simon and his family, who own and run this establishment. We arrived fairly late after check-in time, but Simon, and one of his children met us, walked us to the room, and made sure that we were at ease while also recommending a good spot that was close for us to grab dinner, even though it was late. They know every part of the town and go out of their way to make their guests feel extra special, and it did not go unnoticed. I witnessed them in the mornings, making their way around to each table to make sure that the guests were well taken care of and have a friendly chat. We are eager to return and stay there the next time we visit Scotland again from the United States."

"The water saving faucet did not have a sprayer attachment and the water dribbled out making it hard to wash dishes. There was a broken drawer in the kitchen and it was haphazardly stored in the laundry room. No Microwave."
