Very friendly and helpful staff,excellent location

Lovely resort nestled high above the lake with views of the water and mountains. Staff was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant served up an excellent rotating menu with local fresh ingredients. When they say family friendly, they mean it! Pizza parties, craft classes and magic shows are all on tap for the little ones, and there were many staying while we were there. Overall an excellent stay if you don't mind little ones everywhere.

This was a family trip with two kids , 10 &14 years old . It was a brilliant trip , staff including kitchen team were welcoming, experienced and friendly , food was amazing, generous , variety of Italian cuisine , freshly made, tailored to your taste and by order daily. we were treated as they would treat their family. Location is perfect for families who would like to do activities with children, cycling, swimming, walking , hiking, sailing. The view of the lake is amazing from the pool. Pool has warm water and plenty of chairs and sun-beds around the pool to relax . A water slide trampoline and little play area were bonus for those with small kids . Hotel was clean and spotless, rooms are comfortable, beautifully designed and each individual room has view of the valley and lake . Overall we loved it and would like to come back soon

We'll probably go back!

What an amazing hotel. Their website and the reviews don't convey some of the important small details about this hotel that make a family stay. First and foremost, this is obviously a hotel for families. They prioritise the kids and that's amazing. The kids club is really good. They print the weeks itinerary that runs from Monday to Sunday so that you can see everything that is on. You can drop your kid/s at anytime without booking them in so it's so easy to pick and choose when you want some peace! There's lots for the kids to do so they don't get bored. Although I think a few more toys or activities might help for the times when there isn't a defined activity scheduled. The pools are brilliant and it's generally easy to stay close to your kids and have an eye on them. They are of a good depth and slightly heated. The only negative is that the tiles on the inside are super slippery. We thought the food was really good and it was nice to experience different types of Italian food. Make sure you like Italian food though as getting any other type of food is impossible with the exception of a couple of things on the kids menu. There was always plenty of choice at dinner but it would have been good to see a few other things at breakfast or a change of some things from day to day. Finally the staff. They are incredible and so friendly. They are almost at the level of the friendliness of Fijian people and that is really saying something!

Schade, dass das man nur bis 21:00 Uhr Abendessen kann. Bei >30 Grad isst man dann doch eher später, fast ein bisschen stressig wenn man erst um halb 9 kommt. Ist natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau.
