Nice large room, amenities, 10 minute walk from main station and right by a tram stop. You will definitely want to use the tram to get to a more vibrant part of town. Would probably stay here again if in town!

Excellent location, excellent view, great room! Very nice and big public bath. Breakfast in the 15th floor was great. The chef will also cook something specifically vegetarian if you ask the front desk staff to add the "vegetarian stamp" to your breakfast vouchers - although there's plenty of vegetarian food from the buffet as well :)

Large clean rooms. Good location between the train station and Stadium City with lots of food options and a brewery within 3-4 blocks. The breakfast was excellent. There is a 24 convenience store accessible from the lobby and a tram & bus stop outside.

Only a few minutes’ walk from the JR Railway Station and easy to find the hotel. It has a spacious and impressive lobby and comfortable lounge. Clean and comfortable room with very friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Very clean room, neat and thoughtful touches in the room. Although not entirely modern finishes, extremely comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I also appreciated the holiday decorations in the lobby, a beautifully adorned giant Christmas tree. My only recommendation is to install USB connections in the rooms for charging.

Our room was huge and even had a huge hinoki bathtub! It was very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It offered so many choices of local food of Nagasaki. The view from the restaurant was amazing too.

Great at the Nagasaki Globe

The room was a very good size very comfortable, a tad dated but dont let that put you off, the pillow's were a little small. But the staff were excellent and the onsen was spot on. We will come back.

Excellent stay - are is right in between the two sections of tourist attractions in the city, 15 minute walk to the ropeway. The new onsen is amazing - hands down the best onsen I've seen in a non-onsen city. They also had a crib for our 9 month old - free of charge - which was very nice!
